I appreciate the low pressure and honesty of this dealership! I was really taken advantage of by a different local Toyota dealer and refuse to do business them anymore. So, I called Falmouth Toyota to see if there was any way they could help get me out of my bad lease and into the vehicle I had originally wanted. They were quick to respond and gave me honest information. Unfortunately, I am stuck with my vehicle for another year or so but I am really looking forward to purchasing my next vehicle from Falmouth Toyota! Based on communications I have had with them about my situation, I am confident that I will be well taken care of. We look forward to visiting them soon for a car for my teenage daughter and then for me when my lease is up!!

Upon our arrival at Braintree Toyota, we were in the "browsing stage", unsure if we wanted to buy a new vehicle to us. Gerry is very knowledgeable and articulate about the Toyota line. His experience and training makes Gerry able to "translate" the mumbo-jumbo so the non-knowledgeable consumer can understand and make a formative car buying decision. Upon entering the garage service bay, I was greeted by a pleasant individual, the service advisor, Cascious Arruda, was well versed in the mechanical issue needing attention and, Rick, the courtesy car driver, was on time, had a positive attitude and a proactive work ethic. Rick has a good handle on managing his driving schedule in an effective and efficient manner. After the servicing, my 2013 Camry responded like the first time I drove it off the lot. I took my daughter to Toyota of Braintree to check out Toyota Camry's. This was her first time looking to purchase a car. We ran into salesman Gerry Gorham who could not have been more helpful. We were just there to browse, however, we walked away in one hour with the purchase of a new SE Camry that exceeded our expectations. Gerry and the team were so helpful guiding my daughter through the process to complete a very fair deal. They even got us the recent grad rebate. We highly recomment Gerry and Toyota of Braintree!

On April 30th, 2021 I had an appointment at Prime Toyota for a humming sound I heard when I turn the steering wheel. At 6 am. I parked my car and left the keys in the dropoff box. Came back and pickup the car not checking the entire car. As soon as I got home with the car I noticed the right passenger side had dents and scratches. I called Prime and the call went to voice mail. My mistake one i never check the car before leaving the dealership and second when I call back I was very frustrated and didn't leave a message. I called the next morning and spoke with Lacey DaRose who told me to bring the car in. I drove all the way to Prime Toyota West Roxbury. Lacey went and spoke with the Fixed Ops Director Malinda Burgos who spoke to me like was stupid telling me she's not arguing. She then told me she would fix the car and gave me a rental within a week, I told her to put it in writing and she wrote on one of her business cards and gave it to me.Here's my intake on all this, You never inconvenience a customer. She should have taken the car the same day to have it fixed and gave me a car . She told me to give her a week to call and let me know when a rental will be available . A week for me is a liftime especially the incident happen right there at the dealership. I gave her 3 business days. I called on the third business day and left her a messages she never called back. I was very upset the forth day and drove up to Prime Toyota, and met Alwin customer relations at the new Parkway Toyota and he made my day. I told him what had happened and he took care of the problem right away. He took my car and have it sent to the body shop and gave me a rental. Also Jason DaSilver both gentlemen were awesome and I honestly had no intention of going back to this dealership until I met these professional men. I just want to say thank you to Alwin from customer Relations and Jason Dasilver for such great customer service and your my only reason for going back to this dealership. Your both truly remarkable.Thanks so much!

Dereck was the most honest, knowledgeable and patient salesperson I've ever encountered. He took the time to make sure I left with a vehicle I felt comfortable in and loved. He never rushes me and was nice. He made the stressful part of finding a new vehicle easy. I do however feel the finance person rushed and was not very patient. He didnt full explain things and just wanted paperwork signed.
