I?ve been coming to this dealership off and on for the past 10 years for service. Most of the times I?ve come I?ve walked away frustrated being treated like a number and reminding myself to never come back. My experience on 9/12/25 was totally different thanks to Ramin, the service rep I worked with. You could tell from the start Ramin actually took ownership of what he was doing and truly cared about the customer. He saw to it that I got a ride home and a ride back to the dealership promptly at no additional cost. He worked with me on the price of repairs and promised me he would get me taken care of at the new negotiated price even though we didn?t have a signed agreement. He fulfilled his end of the deal and everything was done in the time he promised. He checked in with me throughout the day proactively with updates. And he even washed my car - I had never even been offered this in the ten years I?d been coming. Finally, when I showed up he immediately met me, handed me the keys, showed me where my car was parked and I was out of there in five minutes. Again, another first. This is the way service should be done. And it?s all thanks to Ramin. They should immediately give him a raise and have him train all the other service reps to ensure this level of service is provided to all customers.

Everything we agreed upon was upheld, and topics like extended warranties were communicated in a way that felt more like sincere guidance than a sales pitch, tailored to my specific needs. After a long flight their pop-up coffee shop was a very welcome addition to my visit. Every single person I interacted with was a pleasure to speak to, and I genuinely mean that. They clearly take care when hiring good people, and reviews like this are the result of that effort. Bravo, Toyota of Cedar Park--you turned a car dealership skeptic into a believer (and a first-time Toyota owner).

This process took about a year, we considered several makes and models from several dealerships, and ONLY Damian and Cedar Park Toyota stayed in touch over that timeframe. Being a retired salesman, I was very impressed with the job Damian did. He was a true professional in every aspect. He stayed in touch, let me know when a car came in he thought would interest us, without a hint of pushiness.
