In fact, their advertised price was approximately $1,500 less than any other dealer I found within a five-hour radius of my home. The service department receives high volumes of customers, but James is always ready to give his customers great service and honest assessments and results. While convenience is also a reason I take my vehicle to Koons, pricing is also competitive and I prefer using OEM parts for my vehicle.
