I own a 2021 Corolla Hybrid. I am 56 years old. This is the most perfect car I have ever driven. Everything from my 64 miles per gallon, to the tightness of the car, to the reliability, to the audio system, and to the price of it. It is the car to buy. I have read reviews by a well known magazine saying it lacks rear headroom and that because of that, it gets lower ratings. But the rear headroom is fine and is such a small thing compared to the important things. This car is a great car.

This review is to replace my initial review about Findlay Toyota in Henderson, NV. After discussions today with the Finance Director JC and Gay in Customer Relations, we believe they took proactive actions to ensure we are satisfied customers. We appreciate how they actually did care that we were not initially happy with our experience and worked to successfully correct our issue. Thank you both!

Yes, the car does have some negatives AND it's not as peppy as the Civic but I love the car. I have friends with Nissans. Kia's and Hyundai's (the Kia sounds like a semi-truck) all have had problems...my "Corey" just goes and goes......

I just purchased another new Toyota from Tony Curtis at Findlay Toyota. Five stars to Tony, the Sales Manager James as well as Matt in the Service Department. They have always taken care of me for my new vehicle purchases and always do an amazing job in the Service Department. Kudos to Findlay for setting such high standards for both Sales and Service!

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

Yesterday I joined the Toyota family after 30 years as a Ford owner, and I am excited to make the switch. Not only am I thrilled with my new Venza and Findlay Toyota customer service, I had the pleasure of working with George "The Hat" Nazario. George is the best all around car salesman I've ever met! From the moment he met me at my car, he has been helpful, generous, honest and a real gentleman. Because of George, my experience buying a new vehicle broke all records for me. Good driving car with many safety features. This is not a car for big people. The lady who is driving it loved the car and is excited about owning it and having it forany years.

We tried to buy a Rav4 on Labor Day at another dealership and had a really bad experience then I went online looking for the car that I wanted and Dave Wilson had it and I decided to buy it on the Internet - what a great decision -no headaches no loss of time! Oswaldo and the whole staff made it so easy we texted and emailed during the day ( I was working that day so we’re talking during breaks before and after work )and by 6 o’clock we were at the dealership buying our new RAV4! If I ever buy another car this is the way I’m going to go it was peaceful and easy and a great experience - bottom line I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay! ����

We bought this car brand new after owning Cadillacs and Corvettes, also bought brand new. We're in our 80's now and needed a reliable, moderately priced vehicle 6 years ago and needed dependability. After researching Toyota, we bought this 2016 Corolla and are extremely pleased we did. We have had zero problems with it, it is safe, economical & comfortable. If, and when, this vehicle becomes too expensive to maintain, we will definitely buy another Toyota!

I’m in love with this car but it has a few problems the USB port for CarPlay is non operational after only 40000 miles and the alignment needs work already all things that can be fixed very easily but a hassle nonetheless this is my 3rd Toyota and other than gas I never had any major problems with any of them

I just got a 2021 L model and being the most basic trim level I am very surprised how smooth and comfortable it is to drive it. I have had the 1997 & 2017 models before and I clearly notice they have improved its maneuverability, suspension is awesome compared to the previous years, comfortable seats and good control location.

Car is exactly what we wanted, is very nice looking, is extremely reliable, and has 5-star safety ratings. It is really a great value; would recommend to anyone looking for a safe, reliable small sedan.

I bought the corolla le in 2013 and just this year upgraded to a new car. It was extremely reliable, I can't emphasize that enough. Never had any major issues, just regular maintenance. I drove it up and down the west coast several times and never had an issue. It's a great first car or if you need something reliable that won't break the bank.

My wife and I have owned this car since new and have never had a problem with it. We have been its only owners and have taken really good care of it.

I purchased a 2020 Corolla about six months ago and overall I love it. That being said there are three things I'd change about it: 1. The audio/CarPlay screen. It's HUGE and can't be moved or adjusted. I'd much prefer a screen that is set into the dash, like in the newer Nissans for example. I drove a new Nissan as a rental recently and the entire dash was set up better than my Toyota. 2. It's really difficult, or rather impossible, to find a place to put a phone mount that doesn't partially obstruct your vision. I found one that is designed SPECIFICALLY for 2020 Corollas that has a mount that snaps into the hazard lights button, but it obstructs the CarPlay screen. It would be nice if in this day and age new cars came with build in phone mounts. 3. The rear window needs a windshield wiper. It tilts far enough back that rain doesn't run off, it just sits there. Turning on the rear defrost helps some, but I bought a squeegee so I can pull off and clear the back window so I can see better when it gets really bad. I'd really rather not have to get out of my car when it's raining to have to clear my window. A rear wiper would have eliminate that necessity.

I saw the car I wanted on cars.com I emailed the dealer and they quickly responded. They held the car for me and I went in a bought it the following day. I was at the dealer for maybe 1 hour.. in and out.. best buying experience yet. My sales rep. Noted a few small requests I asked for and they were done before I took the car home.

I’ve owned an S model since 2014 and it’s like brand bew still. Never have had any manor maintenance issues beyond battery/tire replacements and minor exterior repairs from accidents. I recently had to replace the door actuators (which eventually fail anyway). Extremely comfortable to ride on long drives, Only complain I have is the lumbar support, but fixed that with a pillow. Fantastic fuel economy. Very fast if you put it on “S” mode. With 7+ years down and ~60,000 miles on the odometer, I’m still not giving it away!

Came back 1 year after my daughter bought her Armada this time my wife bought a new Altima of course Mr. Marvin Felix helped us again and again treated us fairly and like a family friend from start till we took the car home. So see you guys again next year my turn to buy my Z Querrer Family

An Amazing car, good on gas (i fill up to full and takes 3 weeks to fill up again). Super quiet you don't know that it's on, it has lane departure so you can get back in the lane you're in. What else can you expect from Toyota, one of the most reliable cars on the market rn

I am satisfied with this car and I enjoy it. There were a few things that I would have liked to have and I could have but I did not want to wait. It was the exact color and model that I had envisioned so I decided to take it as it was with the economy being in the situation that it is in.

Jenn Mitchell in service is truly a game changer for Toyota. She is exemplary in her knowledge of car repairs, transparent about pricing, and cares to thoroughly answer questions. Previously, I only wanted to visit Toyota for warranty-related fixes and reserve any other maintenance through external companies. She is the reason I will now come back to Toyota for everything. I needed additional parts for the trunk of my 2015 Toyota Rav4. She made sure to contact my warranty, arrange for delivery of parts, and call me back within 24 hours when I had expected a call within a week’s time. Excellent integrity, communication, and customer service with Jenn Mitchell. Toyota should definitely base their customer service trainings on her expertise and technique.

I used to be a car salesperson for Hyundai years ago. I learned a lot about how to treat the customer, how to meet their needs and answer their concerns to instill confidence when purchasing their car. It was my job to make their car buying experience memorable, in a good way, and be honest and forthright in closing the deal. We were also taught to deliver the car in such as way that the customer would feel the exhilaration of seeing their new vehicle washed and cleaned up as they sat inside and we explained the features particular to their model. It was our job to share in the customer's excitement as they waved goodbye and drove off in their newly acquired vehicle. Such was our experience today, when we purchased our 2017 Nissan Rogue SV.
