I knew what I wanted and he didn’t try to up-sell. It took 9 months for the car to arrive. Throughout that time Gerry kept me apprised. When the car arrived he oriented me to all its gadgets and gizmos that were new to me! I highly recommend Gerry. Freddie was the finance manager. He’s personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. You buy a land Cruiser you have certain expectations 1. The Toyota techs know more than you 2. You have a nice experience when getting your $60,000 car serviced which includes coffee, a comfortable seat etc. Ira fulfilled these simple expectations and went well beyond. Unfortunately, Jaffarian wasn?t able to do either. While I would buy again from Jaffarian, I?ll never go there for service, one should be just as good as the other (buying/servicing) but in this instance it?s not. If you have to drive further to get service, it?s absolutely worth it to go to Ira. You?ll be happy you didn?t make the initial mistake I did

We have owned our new vehicle for about 3mo now--We previously had been Ford owners, and were disappointed with the numerous Ford recalls, so we thought to try Toyota, after doing research on vehicle reviews, warranties, etc. Majed, our sales rep, assisted us in a test drive-we drove a used Rav 4, and fell in love with its smooth ride, and easy turn radius. We decided to purchase a new Rav 4, and the process was so easy, and we are extremely happy with our new vehicle! I waited a long time for my new Corolla Cross because of the pandemic and supplly chain issues but it was worth it. Really liked the consistancy of having one salesman. Of all the Toyota dealerships I visited, Dave Souza at Imperial Toyota was able to find the exact car I was hoping for (he kept looking long after we spoke in-person) and reached out when he found it. He was helpful, not pushy at all. …and I really like my RAV-4 Prime… it is so smooth and zippy to drive… and the supersonic red is extra fun.
