Staff was very friendly and helpful. Vehicle bought is a dream and we are enjoying it very much. The only negative is that the dealership tries to upsell you on a lot of expensive extras that provide little benefit beyond the Toyota warranty. They do this when a vehicle is serviced too. Unnecessary stuff not necessary per Toyota

The sales staff was very easy to work with when buying my QX60. The concierge service has been great since I don't live in Winston Salem and work from home. They bring me a loaner vehicle and take my car for service. The drivers are very professional and I don't worry about my vehicle in their hands. If you're looking for a new vehicle I would give them a shot.

3,000 miles in my 2024 hybrid cross and no issues, just great transportation, safety and value. All the safety features work great, there's lots of available power; it's a comfortable driver and the cargo capacity is great, for such a small car. I've had many Toyotas, all bought new from 1974 on, but this is by far, the best.

I went to Momentum hoping to find a new car and left with exactly what I was looking for a 2019 Mazda CX5 Grand Touring Reserve in Snowflake White Pearl Mica two tone gray and black interior. I bought a Jeep Wrangler for my son last week and as I drove it off the lot I discovered the radio didn't work. I thought, "Oh shoot, I just signed an 'As is - Where is, No Warranty'" document. I brought it back to Jamie, their used car manager, and he immediately smiled and said, "No problem." He had a brand new radio installed and didn't charge me a dime. Who does that?! Jamie does. When it comes time to hang up the spurs on my own Ford F-150 you can be sure I am heading back to Phil Long Ford. They are people of character and integrity.
