I?ve had so many issues from this dealership since I?ve purchased my vehicle. Brought it in a few times and always had terrible service with poor communication. This last time bringing in my vehicle Megan (service advisor) has been a great redemption to what I thought of this place. She has always been super friendly, straightforward, and on top of that with great communication. I bought a used Ridgeline from Mark Jacobson Toyota (Pre-owned) in Durham. There was a small problem with a crack in the molding in a rear wheel well. I bought the car with the understanding that they would fix it and had it noted on the paperwork. Long story short, there was a significant underlying issue with the bumper hidden from view. Evidently it had a small dent that meant the new molding would not have fit perfectly. They could have slapped the new molding on it and called it a day but they said "they wanted to do it right" and sent it off to the body shop to get a complete bumper replacement per the Honda Dealerships recommendation. Ramzi (car salesman) kept me in the loop the entire time. I never had to chase anyone for them to honor the agreement. Picked the car up today and it looks brand new. Rare to find honorable people in the car business. If you need a used car, give Ramzi a call.

And they were! HANDS DOWN, the most honest, easy car dealership experience I have ever had. From start to finish, they were honest, transparent and made the process of buying a new car smooth and actually fun! They do not add any extra frills or packages on like "the green package" etc to mark up the car to make money. They sold me the car at MSRP. They communicated very well and helped to facilitate me buying the car out of state. They get all the details right. There are ZERO surprises! This is a family owned dealership and it feels like it. This is like the good ole' days where a man's word actually means something and having integrity in your business is actually a thing. SO REFRESHING. You will have 0 regrets buying a car here.
