Passing through Austin, needed an oil change for my Lexus GX 460. Called the service department at North Austin Toyota and made my appointment, quick and easy. The service department was super friendly and helpful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. My oil change took a little over an hour, quicker than the quoted time. I worked with Cody N and Tiana. The dropdown menu won't let me choose them, however it is important to note as I think they are quite the dream team. From choosing which tires to purchase, until the time I left the door; my service was exceptional. It was truly a personalized experience. Once I turned my keys over, I was brought to a cozy and clean area to wait for my vehicle. There was plenty of places to sit, along with WIFI and power outlets. The team also provides a shuttle for local travel so you don't have to miss out on errands, or if you would rather wait at home. My truck was returned to me all washed up, and in excellent condition.
