Bought this to replace a RAV4 Hybrid in March. It's a great car, especially for the money. We've averaged at least 43 MPG over the 7000 miles so far. Car looks nice, rides nice. No need for a Lexus when you can get a Crown Signia. Our house is 6/10 of a mile down a dirt road, a little more ground clearance would be nice, other than that it's perfect.

I love my 2025 Crown Signia, it’s averaging 41mpg and since I’m 6”3”” it’s hard to find a car that’s comfortable. This one is and the ride quality is amazing. I feel the value for the money is definitely better than a lot of other brands. No complaints about It. Get one while you still can.

I bought a 2017 Prius C from you in 2021 and have been entirely pleased with it and with Rice's excellent and courteous service, so much so that II have continued to come to you for service since I moved to Raleigh early last year. PS I especially like working with your female service managers!. They are both knowledgable and efficient. The previous owner was a smoker and I, a long time ex-smoker. It took two treatments; but your salesman managed that admirably. (I am a life-long salesperson myself and know how aggravating it is to be taken away from selling to take care of the ancillary chores!) Bought a Crown Signia a month ago. First two tanks of gas averaged about 43 mpg. For about the same price as a well-equipped RAV4 Hybrid, you can get the Signia XLE, with Lexus-like refinement, easier access through larger doors and hybrid all-wheel-drive power. The step-up in quality and workmanship is very noticeable, and the digital screen finally doesn't look like an i-pad glued to the upper dashboard. It's a fantastic vehicle. Only drawback I've seen is no sunroof available on the XLE, but all the other good stuff is there.

I don’t write many reviews but I felt one employee deserved to be recognized. Celenne M, the Title Clerk. After leasing a car from another Gettel location more than two months ago, she inherited my problems. The title, tags and registration had to be transferred from another state. Additionally, I had numerous changes in paperwork to do and temporary tags to change out. It has been a frustrating situation. And took a lot of work. She constantly kept in touch with me and took care of everything without me having to contact her. This is made it could’ve been a really difficult and unhappy experience a good one. Thank you

I entered, 23-25 Toyota Camry awd, in search, and the first car that came up I asked to see it, got quick response and appointment. Then I came and did a test drive. Very friendly and patient staff. Then came again for trade in estimate. Less that couple weeks later I did purchase. I do wish there was more literature that could be reviewed, about different plans available, provided prior to final signing.

Great experience buying my first car at Longo Toyota in El Monte. Was helped out by Simon and Brandon they are the best ! they explain everything to you and are not shady like other places. I Will no longer go to small used car dealerships that have only been bad experiences for me, and they overcharge.
