We switched from 4Runner to Highlander! Many years of Toyota loyalty in our family. Camrys to Tacoma’s we have had them all. I stole my wife’s 4Runner away from her and replaced it with a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s been awesome. Bought it brand new. We just hit 65k. We drive from northern Idaho to Scottsdale Az all year and at anytime. Yes, anytime. AWD Snowmobile. It’s awesome in the snow! 22-28 MPG on the Hwy. For those worried about driving a wagon looking vessel around that does not have the great looks of the 4Runner? Don’t worry about it. The XSE has a great looking front end. The XSE Model handles great and boogies. Yes, it’s quick and drives like a sports car. Well, it handles well not quite a sports car. Don’t get the regular Highlander. XSE looks different, has the JBL stereo and drives great. AWD with a Snow Mode. Oh, and it had a third row for little ones. Reliability - been amazing. Zero issues.

D’Ambrosio is a great place to buy a car. I cannot say enough about Dave Baldwin. He has always taken the time to guide us to a great car. This is my second Mitsubishi from them. While maintenance took much longer than expected, Dan provided excellent customer service. He walked over to me in the waiting room, rather than just call out my name and wait for me to come to his desk. Dan also kept me up to date on the progress of my car. The dealership itself is newly renovated, comfortable and clean.

My mother recently rented this car for a family vacation to West Virginia and it was amazing! Excellent mileage for an SUV its size. Great performance. Tons of safety features (which is a VERY GOOD thing). Beautiful acceleration. The only problem we had was with the fact that the car will adjust the speed depending on the cars around it (or something like that), but it only happened when cruise control was on. It was overall a very nice car and we are actually planning on purchasing one soon.

Corey Fitzpatrick was a wonderful sales person. He was not pushy at all. He did not pressure me to make a purchase and he allowed me to test drive the car for a good amount of time so I could really get the feel of it. I leased a 2021 hybrid XLE. I had no idea the mileage would be insane for a vehicle this size. 37 to 40 mpg. I didn’t believe it either. I have saved two pmts maybe 3 in one year over the 2019 standard engine. Car drives great and many safety features make a completely reliable auto for my family. I will be getting another one when this lease is up I have no doubt. If you room for all your you won’t be disappointed.

I had been to 20 different used car dealers before visiting Williams. I liked the car and the price. I liked how I was not forced to sit and listen to the usual sales pitch given by most dealers. Ended up buying a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox within a few days of test driving. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a hassle free experience.

This is the second car purchase I made at Team Toyota of Glen Mills, and they were both good experiences. They started with the best price and then worked with me to get the exact deal I was after. My salesman, Jeremy Wood was great. He was friendly, professional, personable and knew his cars. He came in on his day off in order to meet with me and set up a test drive. He took extra care to keep the buying process safe during the covid pandemic. It takes a lot to impress me, and Jeremy did just that. There are 10 Toyota dealers closer to my home than Team Toyota of Glen Mills. They made it worth the trip.

This dealership was honest and helpful, but we did not purchase a car here because they would not accept a PFFCU AutoDraft. They insisted on providing their own financing, or would accept a down payment and a cashier's check from the credit union.

This review is based off of the Service Department and my Tundra being repaired. I had a strange fuel issue with my truck, and Kristin went above and beyond in getting my truck diagnosed and fixed. She took the time to talk to me, kept me updated on the progress, etc. I have dealt with (6) dealerships in my lifetime, and specifically Sloan Toyota of Glenside with Kristin has been the best experience fixing an issue.
