Best over-all dealership experience. Out of the more than a dozen new vehicles that my wife and I have purchased since 1992, we have never had a better salesperson to work with than Doug Fulton at Maplewood Toyota. Our 2025 Rav4 XLE Premium is the fourth vehicle that my family has purchased from Doug since we met him in 2021. (Rav4 for my wife and I, a Camry and two Rav4's for my daughter's). Doug had our new SUV detailed, full of fuel, and ready for us to pickup at our appointment. His knowledge, friendliness, thoroughness, and patience made us confident that we could use all of the new features of our Toyota and smart phones. The paperwork was seamless working with their finance department. I would highly recommend Maplewood Toyota for a new vehicle purchase if you weren't trading in a vehicle.

Darin was fantastic, one of the best we’ve ever had. Welcoming, friendly and so patient with us, especially explaining car details and lease agreements, sometimes more than once. He let us take the time we needed, didn’t rush us at all. Great job of training us up on the Camry 2025, especially how a hybrid (our first) works. Made sure the Toyota App was functioning properly before we left the dealership (it wasn’t at first), and took the car to the shop to clean a couple of spots on the backseat. He made the experience much less stressful than anticipated. Darin is a great Toyota rep and IGH a great dealership. We are huge fans and longtime customers as a result.

We have the 2022 Limited edition. Love the heated and cooled leather seats, very comfortable. Overall vehicle is very quiet, except on concrete roadway surfaces. The rain sensing wipers don't function as well as the ones we had on our 2019 Rav4. I will say, the 3rd row seats are for young kids or very small flexible adults. Also, front doors need more of an arm rest higher up on the doors. The tri zone heat and cooling is great. I like how the adaptive cruise will even slow you down some when entering curves. The 11 speaker JBL sound system is very good. Overall, the negatives listed are fairly minor issues, because we really enjoy this vehicle and the features. I am disappointed that Toyota will not be offering the v-6 in 2023. I much prefer the smoothness and power and torque curve of the 6 versus the turbo 4. The 8 speed transmission is butter smooth, although the kickdown response could be improved. This is our 4th Toyota and will keep coming back because of the higher quality standards and overall reliability. Also, Toyota seems to listen to customers better and making adjustments or corrections better than a lot of the other auto makers.

I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander platinum hybrid, 2022. I’ve owned Mercedes and a whole bunch of other cars but the noise from this literally hurts my ears. Really sucks because I wanted to keep this car forever but now I wanna get rid of it because the low bassy vibration is absolutely terrible. I have seen some people talking about a foot to radiator seal, hoping that might help. I want to fix this but its some serious xxxxxxxx. I like bass but this suckd toyota… 😢

As soon as we walked through the door Nate introduced himself and asked us if he could help with anything. We told him we were looking for a trade-in on a new vehicle but the person that deals with it Linkins was busy so he helped us. He answered all of our questions and if he did not know them he found out right away. I thought it was a very personable experience with Nate. I bought my 2022 Highlander SE in November 2021 when selections were limited. It was not my first pick after researching and not my preferred color. I financed outside of Toyota and received a much better interest rate and my credit union said I was paying more than a reasonable price. But I was desperate and needed to new vehicle. I will see if the resale value keeps up with current value. So far it has performed well with a slight exception for the all wheel disk brakes. Sometimes I hear noises from the rear when backing out of my driveway when applying brake pressure. Also braking while driving seems a little soft and squirrelly. Just doesn’t feel quite right. The technology options are too numerous to mention and still learning but love the blind spot notification features. Fuel mileage is good compared to my V8 but performance is lacking even with sport drive feature selected. And in reference to one of the other reviews, the console storage is deep but too narrow. Overall I am enjoying my Highlander very much. I haven’t made a road trip in it yet so we will see. I can say it is a great family vehicle for short trips around town where a lot of start stops occur.

Received a special coupon for 4 wheel alignment and check suspension. Very good service finished when promised while I waited. They always accept service special coupons.
