Sterling McCall did a great job doing the emissions testing for my yearly renewal. They do a great job taking care of filing the paperwork electronically. This visit was a little slower than usual since the facility was under renovation but understandable. It will be worth it. I recommend this dealership for quality work and customer service.

Felt previous warranty visits fast and loose and then the last visit off warranty ?em was up charged to th teeth for a 29.95 oil change and was over 300 exit strategy negotiated 25$ discount but still and I felt my transmission and my tires were not rotated as much as warranty service indicated inspection was over a year old and no one mentioned you do inspections or I would have had it done last Dec when I was in since I needed to renew January. 2025. hours ago NEW if you are looking for a Toyota, I highly recommend using Cedric at Toyota of Katy. I called him, told him what I was looking for, he went out in the rain, and got pictures and videos. Met me at the dealership the next day early before he was supposed to be at work. Started the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He explained everything in detail, very patient, very kind, as I was waiting for finance to be approved, he constantly kept me up-to-date. Answered all my questions in detail. I could not have hand picked a better salesman!!

Katy Toyota rocks! Here's a shout out to Marci Simpson, who helped us better understand the many options for leasing one of their new cars. She was pleasant and friendly and a delight to work with. Never felt pressured--really appreciated her honesty and patience explaining details of several options we had. She genuinely cared and was committed to meeting our needs and we feel much better knowing what is financially attainable and practical. Past experiences with other car dealerships for me have not been good and none come close to the great service she provided. Hope to lease a Corolla Cross or other hybrid soon as we're working to get our finances in order. Really appreciate her time showing the new hybrids available.
