All the features offered were what we were looking for in a SUV. We both liked the CRV, so we each bought a new car. The facilities are emmaculate and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I started online and was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness of their folks to text inquiries. They provided a few links to check out and generally showed my whatever I wanted. I started off wanting a used car but decided on new and they were flexible with proving me access to whichever years and trim levels they had available so I could make a decision on my own time. Very little pressure from my sales guy, Nick Scott. Very pleasant experience there and even going back to the dreaded finance guy was not a big deal. They were flexible around the times I could come in with my spouse to finish the deal and modified things in real time. Very accommodating. Good experience overall. I would recommend.

Hiland Toyota is an exceptionally honest dealership. I made a deal online with Internet Manager Lonnie Tapscott and flew 2,000 miles to pick up a used car. Lonnie even gave me a ride from my hotel - five star service. The car was visibly indistinguishable from new inside and out. No wear, no door dings, not a single paint swirl, nada. After a short test drive, I signed two documents and was on the road in five minutes - easiest dealership closing process I have ever seen. During my four day trip home, it was determined that the front tires, despite having adequate remaining tread, had split due to age and sun exposure. As they were unsafe for the highway I replaced them at my expense and let Lonnie know the Service Dept could possibly improve their tire inspection process. To my great surprise, Hiland offered to send me a check for the full cost of both tires. They knew the chance of me being a repeat customer from five states away was low but they wanted to do the Right Thing. This is a dealer you can trust to keep their word, which is rare. I will keep my eye on their inventory and heartily endorse them for anyone looking for a car locally or from outside Moline. Very impressive operation.

Zina was my salesperson and she even kept watch and did checks to try and find the exact car I wanted. She was above and beyond any other salesperson I've experienced in the car business. Darnell helped to narrow down what I needed to do to get what I wanted. We decided to order just that and it was a wonderful experience all around. They gave me updates and kept me informed throughout the process. When the car came in I was treated like a VIP and had a smooth process getting paperwork completed for the best deal.
