My entire experience at this dealership was extremely positive! The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. The store manager was very much involved in a positive way. I am very comfortable with having purchased a 2020 Tacoma there.

Upgrading from a 5th gen 4runner and I couldn't have a better SUV. Plenty of hybrid power, very smooth transmission, great acceleration and super comfort features and excellent interiors. Premium package is well worth it, especially 360 camera, safety features, and ventilated leather seats. 5000 miles in two months and no regret at all. Toyota nailed it. If you are looking into an upgrade from a 4Runner and any similar midsize SUV, do not hesitate!

Reading some of the reviews here on Cars.com, and I get the impression folks bought the wrong car. This Land Cruiser is perfect. Toyota stripped out luxury, got away from a 90k luxo-barge, and built and off-road SUV. "the ride can be rough/stiff at times"; it's body on frame, for good reason! The suspension articulation, ramp angle, etc... beat the pants of a unibody SUV. "The transmission is jerky..." for a few thousand miles; once it learns your driving style, it smooths out (my '23 Alfa Romeo with the ZF 8-speed did the same thing). Hybrid systems are complex, and once the vehicle learns where you throttle off/on, brake, how firmly you accelerate, it behaves much better. "The hybrid offer rubbish fuel mileage"; first - blame the Federal Govt and CAFE for everyone switching to hybrids. second - if you actually take it off-road, you'll discover the brilliance of having electric motor torque at low speed while crawling... much better low-speed control than even my old LC100 with a V-8. "the interior plastics are cheap"; Toyota made a decision to use long-wearing, durable materials, and keep the cost down, so we could get an excellent off-roader for 55k (a little more than the average selling price of a car in America), instead of 90k (previous gen LC200 luxo-barge). Bottom line, if you want the luxo-barge, get the GX... the V-6 won't work as hard, has a larger tank, it has leather, and a trick suspension that smooths out body-on-frame ride characteristics... if you want a rugged off-roader, without stuff to break, and don't plan on being precious about it... the current gen Land Cruiser is a bargain, checks all the right boxes, and has reliability the Wrangler and Bronco can only dream about.

Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!

This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

What a great dealership! After being mislead at another local dealership (drove 2 hours to get to this one, rhymes with tow), I called to see if another vehicle was still available. To my luck, Brandon with Rusty Drewing Toyota answered and was nothing but exceptional during our visit! He quickly got me a response and made sure the vehicle was ready as I was pulling in. We ended up driving this vehicle home that same day because of Brandon and his EXCELLENT customer service and overall great experience at this dealership! Usually you get the overly sales pitched, on top of you, annoying and usually somewhat dishonest sales person at a car dealership, not at Rusty's! You will be treated like family! Offered, drinks, snacks, a play area for kids and down right honest conversations, where you know you get a fair trade, and a quality vehicle at a price you can achieve! Brandon did nothing but process this deal quickly (which I appreciated with two young kids under five and the hubby not with me that day), honestly and openly tell me about pricing and financing options, offered us a great vehicle and made it an easy process! He even has the best marketing, leaving you lots of his fun stickers so you know who to call and who to refer, which I have been doing since buying from Brandon at Rusty's! Our finance associate was also FANTASTIC! He was quick and kind in explaining details and options and made the process easy too! To top it off, during that time, they offered our family a trip to their "candy store and ice cream" at the dealership, helping to keep my kiddos and myself happy during a process that does take a little time. After finishing things up we were gifted a nice wine bottle and some more of Brandon's personal goodies (snow scrapper, car koozies, etc.)! I have never felt more VIP at a dealership! I bought my first New Tacoma in 1984 and several more throughout the years then I bought a 2010 Tundra Platinum Edition...that was indeed the best vehicle I’ve ever owned and like most car enthusiast I still keep a Porsche in one stall. I upgraded my 2010 to a 2016 Tundra 1796 Edition and after about 10,000 miles I realized it was 1/2 the truck I had traded in. Being a Toyota fan I traded in the 2016 truck for a 2018 LC and I feel about it the way I felt about the 2010 Platinum Tundra. Everyone has pointed out the only weaknesses I have found...small gas tank and poor gas mileage.

I read the cars.com review. Faulted for not having air suspension. It doesn't need it. The ride is amazing. Has Toyota quality so factor our repairs that you will be spending in time and money on the others. Especially the Mercedes and Range Rover. Resale is far better. Another savings. Front seat needs adjustable seat cushions for longer legs.

This car is an SUV but handle like a middle size car. It is also very safe because allows excellent driver's views of the streets and highways.

We went to RMR to "just look" at a Range Rover. We were impressed from the moment we drove up. We were greeted promptly, taken to the car directly, given the best low pressure experience and drive it home. We had our daughters (4 year old twins) with us and they were welcomed and made to feel comfortable. I would highly recommend RMR to anyone looking for a Rover or anything else they have in stock!

After my wife owning one for several years, I will only buy these or the LX going forward. Zero problems, and toyota customer service is excellent.

If they are going to continue to sell used Teslas, Corwin Toyota needs to better train its employees how to transfer these vehicles through the Tesla process. The previous owner on my purchase was still listed as the owner (an elderly woman). Her credit card was apparently still being used to pay for vehicle electric charging expenses on my vehicle because I couldn't put my credit card on account until prior owner was removed from Tesla account. Simple process, but Corwin needs to commit to address this Tesla qwirk to avoid unfair charges to previous owners. I hope they will reimburse that poor prior owner. Other than this problem, the sales staff were great.

This car is replacing a 2008 LandCruiser that I loved. Know this new one will be as reliable and safe as my old car.
