Purchased a new Avalon from them today. Wesley Radford was my sales rep and the entire process was an extremely pleasant experience. Wesley was patient with me and did not give any hard sell tactics. There was a slight glitch due to my misreading some info and Wesley rectified everything to my great satisfaction. Everyone else in the process was polite and helpful. Lombard Toyota is the place to go and Wesley is the guy to ask for.

Bredemann was recommended to me as an honest dealer with fair prices and a car that I would leave with in excellent condition.
