My daughter bought a 2017 RAV 4 from Wellesley Toyota this past weekend - this was her first experience buying a car from a dealership. The entire process was even better than I had hoped for. This is my second experience buying a new car from Toyota of Braintree. I couldn't be happier with the professional and personal service. I waited a long time for my new Corolla Cross because of the pandemic and supplly chain issues but it was worth it. Really liked the consistancy of having one salesman. I bought my pickup at their Dudley location 2021. I would get offers in the mail from them. I got an offer saying they would give me $17,000 for my last truck but when I got there they were going to give me $11,000. I said no and left, next day they messaged me saying yes the would honor that offer. I ended up with a better truck than I was expecting. Service dept was always good, they do good work. Service advisors are polite and good at explaining things. It is a dealership with dealership prices on service but I always felt repair was done right. I recently had an issue with my transmission, fortunately I bought the extended warranty when I bought my truck. Except for the first $100 the repairs were covered. I hope to buy a new car later this yr, I don't know yet where I will buy it.

I recently had a great experience with Willy and Mcgee Toyota. Willy was very responsive and professional. I bought a 2026 Toyota Sienna. Before going to the dealer, we spoke about pricing and trade value. When I showed up, they kept to their pricing and everything went smooth. The Service Manager Bob helped me through the entire process of troubleshooting and repairing my steering problems. The steering column knuckle was frozen and had to be replaced. I am pleased with my overall experience and the results of my visits to Colonial Ford .
