90,000 mile tune-up on my Toyota Rav4 hybrid. Destiny at checkin is always quick, efficient, pleasant, and smart. I was kept up to date as my car was worked on with videos and texts. Very pleased with everything.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

This is the 3rd vehicle both new and used that I have purchased from Portsmouth Ford and the used car center. Each time it has been transparent, quick and fair. I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. He was knowledgeable about its features, efficient in paperwork and assisted in a fair trade-in for my trade-in vehicle. Several days after my purchase, I realized I accidentally left a garage opener in my trade-in. When contacted, Kinsley was able to find my former car (it was on a lift!) and retrieve it. Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! Purchased at Wilsonville Toyota from Max V. and had a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

I have had good experience in the past but I was a bit disappointed that a routine service and oil change took nearly 4 hours. My husband and I both tried calling the department 3-4 times to check the status of my car without answer. I was then told my vehicle was ready for pickup and when I got to the service department the door was locked and there were no staff members there. I had to go to the sales department to ask for help. The sales staff were very kind, courteous, and apologetic that they were not familiar with the process but tried the best to help me. They struggled to find my paperwork and keys and had to call the person who had checked my car in who had clearly left for the day. Overall I was a but surprised as all previous interactions with the service department have been great. I didn’t expect to leave my car overnight so I’m not quite sure why all the staff went home after telling me it was all set for pickup. I hope this is a one-off and doesn’t continue to happen in the future.
