While I have not purchased a vehicle from this dealership for reasons not having to do with the dealership, I have reached out to them numerous times in the past few years and they have always been very responsive, in particular Dave Sosnowski, in trying to meet my auto needs. They have made good offers on both new vehicles I have expressed an interest in and on trade-in values on my current vehicles as well as provided me with all the information I requested in order to make an informed decision. Carl was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, responsive and downright easy to work with. At no time did he have that typical dealer high pressure sales attitude. He was very professional and knew everything about his product and was able to answer every question we had. Great overall experience from start to finish. This was a big ticket item and I needed all the information necessary to make an "informed decision" Leo & Mostafa were extremely patient including during the negotiation process since I was looking to get "best bang for my buck" Ultimately, I ended up with a price I was willing to say for said Truck.I encourage all individuals looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to check out Continental Toyota! The only regret I have is that I was not privy to the "Special Financing" that continued into the month of April. It would have given me some additional leverage...
