Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

Sales department was friendly and up front, didn’t give off the scummy vibe some car salesmen have. Finance was a whole other story, despite buying my 4Runner a few weeks ago I’m still thinking about the weird interaction. Jonathan Farris was extremely pushy on a warranty despite it being declined multiple times, I don’t need one for my brand new Toyota they’re never worth it in my opinion. He started friendly enough but after officially declining the warranty his demeanor changed and made it seem like I was a bother to even be in the same room as him. Very off putting interaction and it’s unfortunate because like I said the sales team was pleasant to deal with but the last process of buying the car left a sour taste in my mouth. Avoid Jonathan if you can, he entered information incorrectly and had I not caught it would have ended up paying several thousand more in interest and he will try to screw you on a warranty, when he learns he can’t screw you he’ll ruin an otherwise special day.

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

That was the easiest new car purchase I have EVER made. Art was the salesman. He was perfect because he owned the same model I was buying. No pressure. No hassles. Are you ready for this? No add-ons. That was a battle I was dreading. Nope, no worries. Price came in at what I was hoping it would. Wow, all the trials and tribulations I have been going through and I just needed to go to Earnhardt. I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

Great experience from the beginning till the end my Rep check me in right when I pulled up got me a ride home and came and pick me up. He was very friendly knowledgeable, and even went above and beyond when I had a question about the towing capacity for my Kia. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Overall, the RAV4 is a great car for commuting, families of four, and space. The RAV4 is the best when it comes to reliability. The RAV4 is very spacious in the second row and the trunk and the car offers comfortable seats. The RAV4 gets okay fuel economy but it does do decent in the snow. However there are some things that it lacks. The RAV4's navigation system is very frustrating to use, just use google maps instead. The RAV4's interior quality is not that great either, there are tons of fake buttons and plastic throughout the interior, but no one who buys a RAV4 cares about the interior. The RAV4 has decent styling, but it is not as stylish as the Mazda CX-5. The RAV4 only has 1 engine option, but does not feel underpowered. The RAV4 also doesn't have a very quiet or comfortable ride. Even though the seats are comfortable, the ride is loud and the inside rattles frequently. If you don't care about luxury and want a practical, reliable car, the RAV4 is perfect.

Germain Honda of Surprise is a very nice dealership. The people that work there are FANTASTIC! From the second we entered the dealership, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. He explained every step of the sales process and patient with all our questions. Never feeling rushed. I live over 100 miles away and in the end, it was worth the drive!

The entire staff was knowledgeable and professional. The Ram truck is great, but I am having trouble with the electonics. Some of the features do not appear to work as they should.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

2022 Toyota RAV4 LE. I purchased this SUV new in 2022. It is the second RAV4 in our family of two. My wife purchased her 2018 RAV4 Hybrid limited new in 2018. She has depended on and enjoyed her SUV for 4 years now. Her experience influenced my decisions to buy a Toyota RAV4.

i recently bought a car from her but my tires were flat and i came to get help. hours spent at the dealership can be awful but out of all the hours i’ve spend there this past month getting my new car this was my best experience yet. Josh Ballard helped me out with getting new tires he was timely on everything and made sure to get the best answers before contacting me. he was so attentive in every detail. this is my first time dealing w a car alone since i’m in az for college. he was unable to get the car delivered to my school and he knew i need to ask for a ride to get to the dealer before i could even respond he had already sent me a lyft pass so i can ride to the dealer! he made sure i didn’t make any unnecessary expenses and he made sure i had my car back to me asap!

Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

I WENT IN ON WEDNESDAY 9/10/25 WITH THE INTENT TO TEST DRIVE TO SEE WHAT I WOULD BE INTERESRTED IN GETTING. WHEN I GOT THERE, I WAS GREETED BY TANNER. I IMMEDIATLY TOLD HIM THAT I HATE CAR SHOPPING AS IT COMES WITH ANXIETY AND ITS NOT MY CUP OF TEA AND THAT I WENT TO PEORIA FORD AND WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECIEVED. THEY DIDN'T LISTEN AND WAS ALL ABOUT THE SALE!! I TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED AND WHAT I NEEDED AND HE SAID OK LET'S SEE WHAT WE CAN FIND. TANNER LISTENED TO WHAT I WAS SAYING DIDN'T JUST DO WHAT HE WANTED TO MAKE A SALE. THAT WAS GOLD STAR #1. HE TALKED TO ME LIKE A PERSON AND AGAIN LISTENED TO ME AND DIDN'T RUSH TO MAKE A SALE. I HAVE NEVER FELL IN LOVE WITH THE 1ST CAR DRIVEN AS MOST SALESPEOPLE END UP BRINGING ME VEHICLES THAT I DON'T WANT BECAUSE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE SALE. I NEEDED TO TAKE TIME AND WORK OUT SOMETHINGS WITH ANOTHER MEMBER OF MY HOUSEHOLD BEFORE MAKING A FINAL DECISION AND TANNER AND HIS CREW WERE UNDERSTANDING ABOUT THAT AND DIDN'T PRESSER ME AND HERASS ME. THEY WORKED WITH ME NOT ONLY ON A PROFESSIONAL PERSONAL LEVEL BUT ON A FINACIAL LEVEL AS WELL. THEY KEPT MY PAYMENTS WHERE I NEEDED THEM AND MY INTEREST LOW! AGAIN THEY LISTENED TO WHAT I NEEDED! (PEORIA FORD IF YOU SEE THIS MAYBE YOU SHOULD GET RETRAINED BY THEM) THEY ARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND NOT ABOUT BEING PUSHY ON A SALE. This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

A little too big for myself but I love this car. I had a used Rav4 before, drove about 10 years, loved it. Also I was able to sell it pretty high price ($4,500) comparing the year and the mileage (over 200,0000 miles). So that is one of the reason why I bought Rav4 again.

Walfred Perez worked his butt off to ensure we were given the best deal for our trade-ins and kept in mind our inherent needs for a new vehicle. We had never before shopped at a VW dealership nor did we know much about the selections, but he gave us the entire rundown and allowed us to test drive as much as we wanted to ensure we were making the best decision for our family. I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Eli explained what I needed to do and Kristie ended up handeling my services that day and got me in and out within the hour just like she said! I will definitely be back!
