Bought new in 2018, have replaced battery and tires in 40000 miles. Been reliable but expected better gas mileage. 29 mpg hwy only 16 mpg in town.

We went to the pre-owned lot to look at a 2019 Jeep Cherokee we found online. Ron Nickens was very professional, nice, easy to talk and over a nice guy. After taking the car for a test drive, I was interested and there were a few minor cosmetic issues amd he was more than happy to do what he could to take care of it. After a little negotiations we came to a price we could agree to. Ron has been a very good person, and followed up, made sure to get the cosmetic issues taking care of It had only one key fob, I ordered one and he is making sure to get it programmed there at no cost. I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

Great experience in helping me find a truck I could afford Gene was super friendly and easy to talk to. The f150 I bought has an oil pan issue which Kenny Kent is going to replace free of charge. Couldn't ask for a better experience

Looked for a used Rav for 2 yrs. I finally found one online, lady owned. I contacted her, we went down to Midland, purchased it plus it happened to be my favorite color. I love it and also made a new friend.

I was in need of a new vehicle and was directed to Christopher Adler at Ubelehor and Sons Toyota. From the moment I walked into the dealership Chris greeted us and showed us the vehicle I was interested in (Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum). After taking it for a test drive he did not try to push buying anything on to us but walked us through all the steps of the purchase with nothing but friendliness and facts! We live close to an hour away and I will be taking the Vehicle back to them for any service or repairs when the time comes! It’s hard to find a good salesman who doesn’t try to shove a car at you that you may not want! I highly recommend going to Chris!!

Overall, the RAV4 is a great car for commuting, families of four, and space. The RAV4 is the best when it comes to reliability. The RAV4 is very spacious in the second row and the trunk and the car offers comfortable seats. The RAV4 gets okay fuel economy but it does do decent in the snow. However there are some things that it lacks. The RAV4's navigation system is very frustrating to use, just use google maps instead. The RAV4's interior quality is not that great either, there are tons of fake buttons and plastic throughout the interior, but no one who buys a RAV4 cares about the interior. The RAV4 has decent styling, but it is not as stylish as the Mazda CX-5. The RAV4 only has 1 engine option, but does not feel underpowered. The RAV4 also doesn't have a very quiet or comfortable ride. Even though the seats are comfortable, the ride is loud and the inside rattles frequently. If you don't care about luxury and want a practical, reliable car, the RAV4 is perfect.

We absolutely love our Rav 4! In fact, we’re planning on buying another one soon! Best vehicle we’ve ever owned except for the dealership we bought it from. We’re definitely buying from another dealership when we buy a new one. This one was used with pretty low miles but the dealership treated us horribly. The radio and entertainment system broke the first week after we bought it and the brakes started squealing. Also the tires they put on were the cheapest tires on the market so it’s not as good in the snow as it could be if it had good tires on it. Otherwise, it’s a phenomenal vehicle. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy one. We absolutely love it!!!

After purchase I immediately took the car on an 800 mile road trip. It is much more comfortable and rides more smoothly than our older RAV4 and had plenty of pep for highway driving. Averaged over 37 MPG at highway speed of 70-80 MPH. Would have liked a power hatchback but overall I’m very satisfied with the options that came with it as an LE model.

I love my 2013 RAV4. It runs great. I haven’t had any problems with it. The key is to always keep up the maintenance Toyota makes the best cars.

Took my car in for routine oil change and inspection and everything went smoothly. Got me in on time and checked out with ease. Customer service is awesome!

I picked up a 2018 Limited for under $25K with 30K miles in like new condition. These cars are amazing. The engineering is as reliable as they come. It drives like it's on rails and the gas mileage isn't too bad with the powerful 4-cylinder engine. I also have a 2019 Highlander and I love them both. Toyota makes the best cars for fair prices.

I love my Rav4. It's not only fun to drive but is a sharp looking vehicle. It has plenty of room for passengers as well as our 2 dogs.
