Joe was an amazing car sales man. He was true to what he said and if he didn?t know the answer he found it out for you. Every time I called Hertz Joe would answer it was like he was running the place. Anytime I went to the dealership Joe was out in the heat showing a customer a car. He is just so great. When we went inside the other car sales men were just sitting around eating or chitchatting. Joe was an amazing experience just in himself I have never felt so confident in buying a car and not feeling preassured or stressed. I?m sending all my friends to hertz but not for just hertz but to speak with Joe because he is truly amazing.

I got a couple problems, the radio disconnect sometimes and gave me mad every time I drive and the very disconnect the transmission and start kicking someone in the wall and the door make noise when I open up. I kind of disappointed because that was a new car.

We absolutely love our Rav 4! In fact, we’re planning on buying another one soon! Best vehicle we’ve ever owned except for the dealership we bought it from. We’re definitely buying from another dealership when we buy a new one. This one was used with pretty low miles but the dealership treated us horribly. The radio and entertainment system broke the first week after we bought it and the brakes started squealing. Also the tires they put on were the cheapest tires on the market so it’s not as good in the snow as it could be if it had good tires on it. Otherwise, it’s a phenomenal vehicle. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy one. We absolutely love it!!!

The first-gen RAV4 is such an amazing car all-around. I've got a 2000, white, cosmetically modified. It's very sluggish, but it's not meant to be quick. If you want a quick first-gen, swap a 3S-GTE in, easy. The 3S-FE that came with these things was bulletproof. Only had to change the water pump and a few metal & rubber odds and ends so far due to my specific car sitting and aging from the previous owners. AMAZING car.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

You found the best place to buy a used car. Shortly after purchasing the car, it developed a problem. The dealership did not say sorry it's a used car purchased as is but they "stepped up to the plate" to take care of the problem. The service advisor Sebastian, service manager, Eddie, sales manager, Bryan and Claudio , our salesman all provided excellent customer service. I am so glad I went to Napleton's Volkswagen to purchase a used care for my daughter.

I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

Oil changes cost too much. Other than that and replacing tires and battery which are both costly the car is great. Toyota is by and large a great company. I just wish we could keep costs down

Overall, the RAV4 is a great car for commuting, families of four, and space. The RAV4 is the best when it comes to reliability. The RAV4 is very spacious in the second row and the trunk and the car offers comfortable seats. The RAV4 gets okay fuel economy but it does do decent in the snow. However there are some things that it lacks. The RAV4's navigation system is very frustrating to use, just use google maps instead. The RAV4's interior quality is not that great either, there are tons of fake buttons and plastic throughout the interior, but no one who buys a RAV4 cares about the interior. The RAV4 has decent styling, but it is not as stylish as the Mazda CX-5. The RAV4 only has 1 engine option, but does not feel underpowered. The RAV4 also doesn't have a very quiet or comfortable ride. Even though the seats are comfortable, the ride is loud and the inside rattles frequently. If you don't care about luxury and want a practical, reliable car, the RAV4 is perfect.

I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

After purchase I immediately took the car on an 800 mile road trip. It is much more comfortable and rides more smoothly than our older RAV4 and had plenty of pep for highway driving. Averaged over 37 MPG at highway speed of 70-80 MPH. Would have liked a power hatchback but overall I’m very satisfied with the options that came with it as an LE model.

I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

i bought a lexus gs300 from this dealer. the process was easy and did not feel pressured at any point. they let you take the vehicle to a local mechanic as well. i left a deposit on the car for 3 days so it did not sell while i was waiting to get there. the deposit went to the purchase price. I've owned dozens and dozens of car and this one has impressed me the most. Tons of power from the V6, typical Toyota reliability, very ergonomic, and very capable. I've hauled weight in this thing that would rival any truck and pulled a trailer that was double it's load rating. I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.
