I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Emily, Alton and Carter were the ones who helped me today. Carter was very professional and pleasant to work with. Alton really did an exceptional job in helping me reach a great deal and worked really hard at making sure I understood all the terms and conditions. Emily also did an exceptional job in explaining all of the documents were were signing and got us thru it rather quickly. I am a long time customer of Toyota and really enjoy the family atmosphere here.

I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

After purchase I immediately took the car on an 800 mile road trip. It is much more comfortable and rides more smoothly than our older RAV4 and had plenty of pep for highway driving. Averaged over 37 MPG at highway speed of 70-80 MPH. Would have liked a power hatchback but overall I’m very satisfied with the options that came with it as an LE model.

Juan was very helpful and not pushy. He allowed us to take our time with looking over the car. He was very responsive on the phone.

After having my Kia Soul stolen 2 times, the second time they totaled it, I wanted a good coar with better safety features. I got the Toyota, and I have had no regrets at all. Drives great, gives good gas milage, and performance, Starts right up, and offers the features I want in a car.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

I got a couple problems, the radio disconnect sometimes and gave me mad every time I drive and the very disconnect the transmission and start kicking someone in the wall and the door make noise when I open up. I kind of disappointed because that was a new car.

Paid cash for a 2007 Explorer. Price was good. New tires and battery. After the test drive, the whole buying process only took 20 minutes. As I did not trade in a vehicle I was stuck there with 2 cars. They had someone follow me home in my new car so I could get both home without having to pay for a cab. Top notch. Dane was excellent.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

I love my 2013 RAV4. It runs great. I haven’t had any problems with it. The key is to always keep up the maintenance Toyota makes the best cars.

Joe was an amazing car sales man. He was true to what he said and if he didn?t know the answer he found it out for you. Every time I called Hertz Joe would answer it was like he was running the place. Anytime I went to the dealership Joe was out in the heat showing a customer a car. He is just so great. When we went inside the other car sales men were just sitting around eating or chitchatting. Joe was an amazing experience just in himself I have never felt so confident in buying a car and not feeling preassured or stressed. Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

We absolutely love our Rav 4! In fact, we’re planning on buying another one soon! Best vehicle we’ve ever owned except for the dealership we bought it from. We’re definitely buying from another dealership when we buy a new one. This one was used with pretty low miles but the dealership treated us horribly. The radio and entertainment system broke the first week after we bought it and the brakes started squealing. Also the tires they put on were the cheapest tires on the market so it’s not as good in the snow as it could be if it had good tires on it. Otherwise, it’s a phenomenal vehicle. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy one. We absolutely love it!!!

The first-gen RAV4 is such an amazing car all-around. I've got a 2000, white, cosmetically modified. It's very sluggish, but it's not meant to be quick. If you want a quick first-gen, swap a 3S-GTE in, easy. The 3S-FE that came with these things was bulletproof. Only had to change the water pump and a few metal & rubber odds and ends so far due to my specific car sitting and aging from the previous owners. AMAZING car.
