I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

We greatly appreciated Jeff Canlas' straightforwardness. We do a great deal of research before purchasing a car and knew what we wanted and the price range we would consider. He was one of very few salespeople who provided us with a detailed breakdown of pricing and who didn't waste our time by promising things he couldn't actually deliver. We have no patience for bait and switch dealers. Jeff stayed in touch, let us know when a particular car in which we had an interest was actually on the lot and even stayed open on New Year's Day to enable us to see the vehicle in person. We asked for some consideration on one small add-on and he made that happen as well. The pricing was right, the trade-in offer was fair and it was a pleasure to work with a person who didn't "play games" but just delivered what was promised. We would recommend Jeff and his dealership.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.

After having my Kia Soul stolen 2 times, the second time they totaled it, I wanted a good coar with better safety features. I got the Toyota, and I have had no regrets at all. Drives great, gives good gas milage, and performance, Starts right up, and offers the features I want in a car.

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

I love my Rav4. It's not only fun to drive but is a sharp looking vehicle. It has plenty of room for passengers as well as our 2 dogs.

2018 Rav4 was totaled by someone who ran a stop sign. Miss this car every day. Every single airbag went off and me and the other passenger were safe and able to walk away alive. Thankful for this car.

I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

Am I happy with both sales & service ... well I think you know the answer; but let me reiterate ... Being an A-Type personality (oh my gosh) ... yes I do like some order in my life. Since 2013 I've seen quite a number of changes in Raceway's management / rules / regulations. The service department specializes in giving their clients good news & bad news ... LOL, however, has been fair in keeping their clients SAFE on the road. My current service was a "shock" (again LOL) when I actually had to replace my rear shocks ... the staff Anthony / Kate / Chris / mechanics / & car washers ... made the rear shocks replacement along with (what I initially went in for (oil change & tire rotation) another great experience with their Service ... Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

Great experience! In my opinion, the best dealership on Staten Island hands down! The showroom is well laid out and had a very positive vibe to it, unlike many others I've visited. Also, after walking in and getting my temperature checked, there was no one rushing up to me - absolutely no pressure. I was left alone to look around the vehicles and it was me that initiated the first contact with Igli. In my 25 years of experience dealing with salespeople in NY and NJ, there is no doubt that Igli ranks right at the top of the list for being the best! Igli helped find the car and set no preconditions about how far or how long the test drive could be. Upon our return, Igli sat down with us to discuss a possible lease. Again he listened to what was being said, without interrupting or steering the conversation in another direction. We couldn't agree on a deal at that time, so he gave me his cell number in case my situation changed. When I called him 2 days later it was his day off, yet he took the time to continue our negotiations and handed me over to his manager Larry. Larry called me to confirm the conversation and the process of leasing the vehicle began. Larry was great to deal with too, and by the end of the day, everything was approved. My wife and I picked up the vehicle last night. Igli had prepared all the paperwork, all I needed to do was read and sign. I'd say that took less than 30 minutes. There was no after-sales selling, nothing except handing me and my wife the keys and showing us the rudimentary functionality of the car before we left. This is by far the BEST experience I have ever on Staten island in more than 25 years of leasing. This is exactly how car shopping should be, easy and enjoyable and Island Hyundai came through in every way. 2022 Toyota RAV4 LE. I purchased this SUV new in 2022. It is the second RAV4 in our family of two. My wife purchased her 2018 RAV4 Hybrid limited new in 2018. She has depended on and enjoyed her SUV for 4 years now. Her experience influenced my decisions to buy a Toyota RAV4.
