2023 Toyota RAV4 Prime XSE review
Best of Both Worlds
We had a totally electric Mustang Mach E which we traded for this car since the range and infrastructure both were not ideal. The Toyota RAV4 Prime is the best of both worlds since it is a plug-in hybrid and is the car I should have purchased originally. It gets between 44 - 50 miles on totally electric charge (for around home) and about 500 miles on a fill up of the gas tank (hybrid used on the highway). Pricing was NOT ideal as they added a "Market Adjustment" to the price so it was above MSRP.

Frustrated Mirai owner
Great dealership but do not believe the hype on the Mirai! Often impossible to get fuel in the San Gabriel Area. Stations are off line more often than not. It is like living during the oil embargo of the 70's with no end in sight. Spend hours looking for a station, you find one online and wait for another hour, only to experience a mechanical issue. Great car just can't drive it.

I live in Las Vegas. After being lowballed by multiple dealerships in Vegas, I decided to try my luck with selling my car privately. Omar from STG reached out and offered me the private party value for my vehicle, as a trade-in to STG. He said STG could pick the car up for a small fee or I could drive it down to their location in Montclair, CA. I was very hesitant on working with STG, as there are so many horror stories about crooked used car dealers. I felt I would be in a vulnerable position if I were to drive the car there and they were to lowball me. I decided the risk was worth it to me for the extra money, and I drove it down. Immediately, Danny greeted me and started the inspection process. I had been upfront and honest with them about small imperfections the vehicle had, so there were no surprises. After inspecting the car, Danny confirmed that they would purchase the vehicle from me for the previously agreed-upon price. This is a standup dealership with great customer service. I feel I was treated very fairly and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get top dollar when trading their vehicle. Zareh is an angel!
Zareh checked my car in for it's routine service, he was efficient and courteous. My car was ready in half the time he quoted me (awesome), and I took my car to be washed right afterwards. As I was washing my car, I noticed some caps were missing from my tires. I went back, and Zareh was the first to greet me. I told him the situation, and he immediately gave me four new caps, and even put them on my car. Zareh! You angel! Gave three stars for the facilities, they're fine. If you get there early you may even get a donut.
