I was shopping for a RAV4 on cars.com, and acquired about a car at Cowboy Toyota. Luis Santos replied and was helpful and professional. He knew I was shopping at other dealerships, and he helped me work quickly to get to favorable terms. For whatever reason, most dealerships will not negotiate a final price by email and want you to go through the hassle of coming to their place to negotiate more. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota did not do that. He took my emailed offer to his manager, and we wrapped up negotiations quickly so that I knew I was coming to their dealership simply to purchase the car and fill out paperwork. Once there, Luis helped the paperwork go smoothly and had the car clean and ready for me to drive away. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota made what's usually an unpleasant process pleasant again. Great mileage n planning on Toyota long term reliability. Plenty of power, even for light towing. Very spacious inside. AWD with electric motor is clever n works well. Suspension is great (rough roads feel smooth). But some negatives. We have LE n jumping to next trim levels is expensive unlike Kia. Folding seats are not nearly as smooth as with Chrysler. Also, our old Chrysler van drives like a smooth car but Sienna steers more like a van/truck...not bad per se, but different.

The van is very practical and has been awesome for road trips. We can easily fit two car seats and 6 adults with plenty of leg room. It is very practical especially with the lower ride height that allows my parents to get in and out with ease and also the sliding doors that makes putting the kids in their car seats easy. MPG is excellent. We averaged between 35-37 mpg with the van loaded with 6 adults, 2 kids in car seats, and all of our luggage. We were set on getting an SUV before we came across the Sienna. The Sienna just made more sense for our family. It can comfortably seat 8 people, makes getting in and out easier with the sliding doors and low ride height, excellent MPG, reliable, great resale resale value. It does not require premium fuel. With the gas prices around $3.25-$3.50, fill ups are around $40. We plan to keep the van around for a long time!

I had the best car buying experience at Audi Plano. I worked with Sonja and she helped me from start to finish; it was truly a blessing that I was able to work with her. She listened, she followed up but was never pushy, she was my voice throughout the entire process. The whole process from the time I walked in the door until I drove off the lot in my new suv took 3 hrs. My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Sales guy Jhon was very enthusiastic and helped us buy the car we wanted. He also helped us with all the procedures and secured a good price. Thank you. The accountant was also very good and patiently helped us organize our cash. As we decided to buy a car in full, we provided a lot of small denomination banknotes. I love the car but why oh why would you not put a key operated cargo opening! This Back hatch is so heavy! I didn’t even look at the lack of that feature when I bought the car. One would assume it would be there at this price point.

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

I test drove this van after having three other Toyota siennas that all performed very well. What I don’t like about this van is the center consul takes up too much room. The third row side windows do not open and since I sleep in my van, sometimes on a bed in the back, with my head near those windows, I can’t get as much fresh air as I did with all the other Sienna’s I had. The second row seats are supposed to not be able to be taken out, but I found a YouTube video that shows that you can take them out . I know it gets great gas mileage.

Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

Initial contact and purchasing were good but when to go pick up the car, salesman trying to pressure to buy additional warranty, and it took over an hour to receive the car.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

Our 2nd Sienna and definitely the best. Other than some cheap plastic interior finishes, this is probably the best vehicle we've ever owned. Incredible reliability, excellent interior space and comfort and amazing fuel economy. Without even trying we get 33-35 mpg. When we actually try, we an easily achieve 43-44 mpg. The Air conditioning is amazing in this car, we live in AZ and it cools it down very quickly. A lot of people complain about the lack of power and loud engine, if you're not trying to race everyone around you, the Sienna performs very well. As an example, the Honda Odyssey is supposed to be the fastest and considered a performance beast but from 0-60mph it only surpassed the Sienna by less than 1 second. (6.7 seconds v 7.4 seconds). Some might say that's noticeable but let's face it, it's a minivan. This is an outstanding vehicle and I highly recommend it!

This 2022 is my 3rd Sienna, after a 2001 and a 2011. I would buy it again without hesitation. A few disappointments, which seem to be the result of cost-cutting: My '11 LE had a standard roof rack, now it is an option even on the XLE, and not a common one. Through the years, the inability to easily stow or remove the 2nd row seats has been a widespread complaint. Instead of improving that feature, they made it MUCH worse, and also told you not to try! Some people buy the Odyssey for this one reason. I would not do that. Sienna is still a better van, but what about "ongoing improvement?" They took away the left hand coin box, you can no longer open the 3rd row vent windows, the convex "back-seat observation" mirror is a TOTAL joke, they got rid of the overhead sunglass storage, they don't have a 12v connection in the hatch area, they cheaped out on the factory-installed hitch (looks like an amateur add-on), and although the vehicle is rated for 3,500 lbs towing, the optional factory hitch is the lighter-rated 1.25" size, which I think is limited to 2,500 lbs. My lower-line '11 LE had none of these shortfalls. Now, at over $40k, my upscale XLE sometimes makes me feel like I lost something. Even after this list, I love the van, and have no regrets. The benefits of AWESOME dependability, 35 mpg in or out of town, 8 passenger capability, comfort, nice styling, and quiet operation outweigh any complaints. I expect to have it until it hits 250,000 miles.

I’ve owned a Sienna for 12 years. It is very reliable and very comfortable. It is also exceptionally roomy. It has all the comfort of a sedan, plus it has the convenience of having so much more room than a sedan.

I have been driving my new Sienna LE for a year now. I have a long commute to work so I have been happy with the gas mileage especially since gas is well over $4.50 a gallon. The ride is comfortable though I do wish the driver seat had more functions. The only real issue I have had with the van is the braking glitch when slowing down. The van kind of slides when the brake is hit. This does not happen all the time. But the first time it happened it felt scary. I will bring that up next time I take the van for service. Other than that I have had good customer service at the Toyota dealership. I am sorry I do not have the automatic button for the rear door, it is very heavy and when you have your hands full it is hard to pull the door down. I previously had a Ford van and the door was not heavy at all. I do like the Sienna a lot though.

I drove a RAV4 before trading in for a Sienna, but with 3 kids who are only getting bigger, it was time for more space. I told myself I would never drive a minivan, but the Sienna's just looked so nice to me and after driving it for a month I can confidently say it doesn't even feel like I'm driving a minivan. My only regret is not getting it sooner. There is more space than we know what to do with, the auto opening doors and easy access to everything is so convenient, the kids get in and out of the car completely on their own now and they absolutely love having their own space, cup holders, and charging ports. And as any other Toyota Hybrid, the Sienna's performance is just unbeatable. I researched many other minivans before deciding on this one, but the gas mileage put it above anyone else. It is so quiet and smooth, and again, doesn't even feel like a minivan. Best vehicle purchase I've ever made!

I traded in my Mercedes a 2017 GLE 350 LOADED for this mini-van for a 9,000 mile road trip around the USA. Best decision ever! Much more comfortable and averaged 35mpg regular unleaded and when wife drove even better. Our's is the Platinum All Wheel Drive Model. NO PROBLEMS. Didn't even need the usual new car adjustments. Everything perfect out of the gate. I have been driving for over 48 years have had NEW Mercedes, BMW, Lexus and even Chrysler, Honda Mini Vans, SUVs, etc. NOTHING holds a candle to this 2022 Toyota Sienna. More room than our old Suburban and handles way better not to mention costs half to drive. The only negative is the Mini-van stigma. Even though Toyota was shooting for more of an SUV styling, people (especially my adult kids) just don't get it. Financially, I can drive just about anything I want and this is my dream vehicle! I hope and pray folks will get over the minivan stereotype for their sake!
