Was looking for a mid-size truck to replace a big Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 and a small 90's model Chevy S-10 pickup. Was interested in the new gen Nissan Frontier but went with the Tacoma. My first ever Tacoma truck. A 2022 SR with the V-6 motor and SX package. Purchased it used with about 9,000 miles on it. Overall I really like the size and style of the vehicle. The previous owner put a leveling kit and wheel spaces on it. As well as 285 AT tires. It has that go anywhere look. And while it has the power, the tranny is lackluster. And it rides like a truck which is good and bad. I've had a lot of compliments on it so it's obvious there are a lot of Taco fans out there. I got it at a fair deal and you just can't beat the reliability factor. Probably won't be my last Tacoma because this one meets or exceeds most all my expectations. Happy camper here!

Great little truck. will pretty much do all you need. Although comfort and engine are very lackluster. If you're tall, 6' and up. Buy the seat jackers you will need them. Autostart is very clunky as the engine shuts off when you open the door (so basically the same wear and tear as AutoStart/stop). the toyota app is not even on the table if you don't pay the subscription.

Very satisfied with the customer service I was given at Kendall Ford. Friendly and accommodating to customers. Kept me informed during the entire process. Would definitely recommend them.

This is my 3rd Toyota truck 2022 (5th Toyota) I’ve only had this for a week and so far I’m loving the way it drives. All the plastic on interior, not so much. It looks okay but feel cheap. My biggest complaint so far is the all the cup holders are a tad to small for my water bottle, which I take everywhere I go and the color options in the model I wanted. I may have to ask my grandson to trade me back for my 2002 model or perhaps trade up when the new one comes out… we’ll see

I was in the market for a small truck. I've owned lots of Hondas over the years with great success but I didn't like the way the Ridgeline looked. I knew Tacomas were known for reliability and resale value. I bought the off road model and so far, so good after a year and a half. I paid stcker price when they were selling for 2 or 3k over MSRP. It's probably still worth as much as I paid.

The brake actuator went out on my 2014 Prius and I reached out to six dealerships and on-line sources only to learn the part was on back order with no idea when it would be available. Susanna, Lew and Carl in the parts department knocked themselves out to find it and in a matter of days obtained it. They are now my "Go to Team" for doing what it takes to get the job done. I have NEVER had a more pleasant experience buying a vehicle than when I bought our Jeep Wrangler on 12/17/2015. Lets face it, most of the time this is not the case. This dealership, specifically Rolando, my salesperson, and Marco, the sales manager, stepped up and met my request on pricing and add-ons with no pushback. I would send my friends, family, and strangers to this location. But the person who really turned the lemons into cold beer, was Leslie Cooper, the Finance Director. She could orcerstrata a class in customer service and professionalism. It was nothing short of spectacular! She was prepared, professional and informed from the moment I stepped into her office....and kinda funny! I will never purchase another vehicle from any another location, ever.

This Review all about Sharr Garza! She is the only person you want to deal with at this location. The patience and time she took explaining things to me was above and beyond appreciated. She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.

My husband and I were pressed for time that day so we exchanged emails. The same day Randy sent photos for us to review. He understood that we were not in a hurry to purchase a vehicle and was willing to work with us until the right car came along. At no time did we feel pressured or hassled. Seven days after meeting Randy we were test driving vehicles. My husband and I were still undecided until he showed us one of the cars he included in an email. Just bought a used 2023 Camry from Lipton Toyota. The staff was very friendly and low key - no pushy sales people or trying to get you in a car they want to sell. My sales rep was Wisler - he spent a good portion of the day letting me look at anything I wanted and filling me on the details until I settled on the Camry. Afterward we agreed on a price with the manager and finance guy - then switched my tag and insurance from my trade-in to the new car. Wisler hung around the whole time until I was finished so he could show me how everything in Camry worked - going over the bluetooth phone, radio, etc... A quick, but thorough explanation that he really didn't have to do even though it was closing in on 8pm by then and he probably have better things to do. Overall, a very pleasant car buying experience. Highly recommended!
