Willie was great to work with and made the buying process very efficient. He was also very knowledgeable about the truck and did a nice tutorial to set it up and show me the features. Did the negotiation through email and when I came in to faint the paperwork I was only there for an hour and fifteen minutes total before driving off! The usual upsell of extras during the finance process but they weren?t too pushy about it.

Purchased this truck for it's reliablity.Opted for a SR5 trim because it's not lifted nor branded with stickers. Have 44-k miles now. No issues. Just scheduled factory maintenance. I plan to run this truck well over 300-k miles. Is it perfect? No. The engine is somewhat lack luster, the gas milesage is just okay and the interior is somewhat small compared to a full size truck. however,However, I trust this truck to serve me well into the future without any major issues.

After 15 years with my previous Tacoma TRD Offroad, I bought the same vehicle to replace it. I really wasn't ready to replace it but the 24's don't excite me with the 4 cylinder turbo and I figured the longer I wait, the harder it would be to find a discontinued 6 cylinder in new condition. I got lucky and found a 3 month old 23 with 1,400 miles on it. I think Toyota screwed up with the 24 models, they cheapened them in many ways, crap engine, thinner frame, less underbody protection. Basically, they made them for people who don't want or need a truck but like the image.

I recently purchased a car and was very pleased with the professional and knowledgeable service from my salesman Scott Halpain. He showed me how to work all the features on the dashboard and explained the paperwork to me. The rest of the people I worked with were also very helpful.

Remote connect is cool. But it does not reporting your windows are open. Secondly if the car has started remotely and you open the doors. Car shuts off. They say it’s a safety feature. It’s not because I’m 2024 models that problem is not present

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

Went in last Saturday to look at some used Tacomas. Used because that’s where my budget was, and I’ve never pictured myself getting anything brand new right off the lot. Michael Ramstetter helped me out, he showed me the used Tacomas that were in my budget. I drove about 4 of them, he was incredibly patient and helpful. After driving around the 4 used trucks, and not completely falling in love with any of them, he asked if I had put any thought into a 2025 which I hadn’t because they were out of my budget. But Michael kept my budget in mind while showing me the 2025’s. I of course fell in love with the bells and whistles that the 2025s had. Michael Ramstetter was amazing, he made my job easy and was able to work his magic and get the 2025 Tacoma TRD Sport down to my budget. I also traded in my Jeep same day, and drove off the lot with my brand new truck! Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. Outstanding job Federal Heights location!
