After 15 years with my previous Tacoma TRD Offroad, I bought the same vehicle to replace it. I really wasn't ready to replace it but the 24's don't excite me with the 4 cylinder turbo and I figured the longer I wait, the harder it would be to find a discontinued 6 cylinder in new condition. I got lucky and found a 3 month old 23 with 1,400 miles on it. I think Toyota screwed up with the 24 models, they cheapened them in many ways, crap engine, thinner frame, less underbody protection. Basically, they made them for people who don't want or need a truck but like the image.

Everything went well and there was no issue , when I got back by the time given, my car was already ready.

Remote connect is cool. But it does not reporting your windows are open. Secondly if the car has started remotely and you open the doors. Car shuts off. They say it’s a safety feature. It’s not because I’m 2024 models that problem is not present

I typically don’t write reviews but you always hear the horror stories about dealerships never the good, to say that car shopping in this economy is scary is an understatement!!! Rich Catalano and his team are a gem a diamond if you will. I went car shopping last weekend for my youngest daughter and I was wrecked. Rich and his associate Chris made us feel comfortable and welcomed. I myself with a past working in the dealership business had my guard up but it honestly was the most amazing experience I ever went through, everything was a conversation amongst friends. Rich welcomed us to the RT46 family and I felt it to be true.. They made my child feel welcomed and like her voice and questions were heard. I will forever only work with the Rt 46 group from here on out and recommend them across the board!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars doesn’t do this dealership justice even if you aren’t actively looking for a vehicle pass by say hi to rich and Chris look around with an open mind and come join the family. Janet Campora was prompt in responding to any questions I had and was transparent with how long it would take. She was very pleasant to deal with, including when I came to pick up my car. I also really appreciate the videos they provide to document what was needed.

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

Armond was wonderful sales representative. He did a great job reading the situation and no pressing to hard, which made the decision easier to buy from him. He made certain everything was in order when we decided to move forward on the purchase; and was straight forward with figures.
