Great experience so far with the Tacoma. Have loved the ride and comfort it provides, with the only negative so far being some of the quality of the interior isn’t the greatest. The door panels specifically are loose feeling on the handles, seems cheap for a $55k truck.

The Gen 4 Tacoma is very nice. There are a few issues that Toyota should have never allowed. First, as in the Gen 3, the drivers side assist handle is missing. That is a nice feature that should be in the truck. Second, the glove box door looseness is an embarrassment. It is disgustingly loose. I was able to buy some inserts online for $11. Toyota ought to be doing that for all the trucks. Third, the electronic stuff is WAY WAY WAY overboard. Way too much and way to confusing and way to difficult to shut off and keep off. I want a truck I can drive, not wrestle with the electronics. The notion of not being able to buy desired options is terrible. I do not need a power tailgate and inability to open the tail gate without a key. Either pay $4000 for some thinks you want or pay $8000 to get lots of stuff you don't want just to get 1 or 2 things you do want. The electronic dashboard is way overboard. Another 'feature' that is way overboard and can not be simplified. This is a truck, how about some analog gauges? The good part is the ride is amazingly solid and smooth, performance is pretty snappy for a relatively heavy vehicle and I expect Toyota longevity. Overall, the basic truck is nice, but the extra stuff is unwanted, unnecessary and adds complexity that is not desired

The 2024 Toyota Tacoma TrailHunter is a special vehicle. It is a definite upgrade from any Toyota Tacoma ever produced. The list of improvements and options is too long to specify. It has everything you need for your daily commute and off-road adventures plus extra. Technology and convenience built in. The only drawback is the interior is a bit tight particularly in the back along with the price being a bit elevated, but you should be able to negotiate a better end-of-the-model year deal.

Peter was the first person who helped me and was very helpful, when I had a family emergency he held my Mustang till I could get in to see it. Kern was the individual who I saw when I was able to see the car. He was very helpful and got me quickly through the process. The only problem I had was the rocker stripe was missing on the passenger side is missing and they have not been able to get it replaced. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

She always answers my questions or shows me how something is supposed to work. Atlanta Toyota’s service department has always done an excellent job working on my car.

Everyone was cheerful and friendly. Our sales agent, “Big Mac” was courteous, knowledgeable and not pushy. He took the time to explain all aspects of the car we were interested in and worked hard to meet our budget (and succeeded!!). He even filled the tank full. The little extras were so fun. Where do I start? I purchased my Beloved Jeep from Palmer Dodge Jeep in Roswell, GA in May of 2020. The Sales staff (Thomas Jackson) was great, and the overall service was great during that purchase experience. Since the time of my purchase, I have taken my Jeep to be serviced by Palmer for every Oil change, Lube, and all other maintenance. On June 25th, 2022, I had a major Drive Train issue with my Four-Wheel Drive shaft which malfunctioned and completely destroyed my Transfer Case while I was driving at 80 MPH on the Highway. The event was extremely scary and highly unusual for any vehicle, particular a jeep. I had my vehicle towed to Palmer that day, they gave me a Nice 2022 Jeep Low Miles Loaner for the entire duration of the time my vehicle was under repair. In May of 2020, I had purchased the Drive Train Warranty that was highly recommended by Thomas and the sales Manager. You never really know if you will need that warranty until you need that warranty. Kim K., my Case manager for Palmer Service Dept, was truly the Best!, she handled everything from the start, she kept me in the loop throughout every step of the process with parts ordered, parts cost, parts delivery, installation, to completion. David K, the Service Manger did an excellent job explaining my Warranty and all that was covered. I am truly glad I made that Purchase of the Warranty. From David K., Kim K, and Jim the Technician that fixed my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, the service at Palmer Dodge was Fantastic and I highly recommend them for the Purchase of the Vehicle, Service and Repair, and just overall customer service satisfaction. My experience with Palmer Dodge and dealing with a major car repair and a potential huge car repair bill if the warranty was not in place, was stressful but was completely catered to by the excellent customer service from the entire staff.
