The price was really the price, no hidden extra charges, fees for cleaning it etc... Randi was personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The attention given to me while waiting for the paperwork and prep was appreciated although the wait was less than I have experienced at other dealers.

My starter went out on my 2010 Toyota RAV4 V6 limited Thursday evening. I called AutoNation Toyota and had an appointment for Friday next day. Cameron the service advisor was helpful and got the replacement starter installed by 4pm. I was able to get a 20% veterans discount that helped with the bill. The process went pretty smoothly.

Jalen was excellent to deal with in the buying process. I shopped online from Kansas to find a car for the winter season in AZ. Jalen Mcdaniels and I texted a few times. Jalen was very patient never pressuring us to make a decision before we were ready, which was when we arrived in AZ. Then we could see and drive. We were sold on our RAV$ immediately.
