This is my second experience buying a new car from Toyota of Braintree. I couldn't be happier with the professional and personal service. I waited a long time for my new Corolla Cross because of the pandemic and supplly chain issues but it was worth it. Really liked the consistancy of having one salesman. Gerry Gorham was great, knowledgeable, and interested in me and my experience. Would highly recommend Toyota of Braintree.

Went in for an oil change. No problems. Lots of paper documentation at the end of the process which was different from my experiences at other oil change places.

The grade reflects my experience beginning on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, when Paula offered a preliminary evaluation as to possible causes of the vehicle’s problems. Upon entering the garage service bay, I was greeted by a pleasant individual, the service advisor, Cascious Arruda, was well versed in the mechanical issue needing attention and, Rick, the courtesy car driver, was on time, had a positive attitude and a proactive work ethic. Rick has a good handle on managing his driving schedule in an effective and efficient manner. After the servicing, my 2013 Camry responded like the first time I drove it off the lot. My care was at your dealership for about 10 days due to a water issue. The person who handled my concern was Keith Pereira. Mr Pereira handled my concern with respect, professionalism and the utmost concern about my vehicle. He would call me often informing me of the status of the work, prices and other concerns he had. I had a very tough 10 days for personal reasons but Keith was outstanding during that time. He really is an asset to your company

My 82 yr old mom was looking for a used car. They treated her with respect and helped her right away. Matt, our salesman, was very helpful with all the questions I had for him and they even delivered the car to her since I couldn't help. ( I live in Maine) I was VERY pleased with this dealership!!

After a few days of getting frustrated with my local Toyota dealers trying the bait and switch and pressured add ons I almost gave up until I found what I was looking for at the price I wanted online the salesman was very patient with my 100 questions so I drove over an hour to buy it. Exactly what I was told no surprises no forced upselling (they asked of course) but stopped at no thanks! Only issue (not on them) Massachusetts doesn’t do temporary plates so I have to wait for them to register it. Not a deal breaker the price and service was worth it

Sticker shock to me: 80,000 mile service cost $480+ with Ira's veterans' discount Service writer was courteous and did his best to help me economize. Job was completed while I waited. Courtesy shuttle was available had I needed to return home for an HVAC service call
