I have been doing business with Sport City Toyota for over 20 years because they are a dealership I believe in. I have always had the a great sales rep. My lease was ending so I went into the dealership to trade in my 2021 Venza Limited and get a new one. My original sales rep had retired but I was fortunate to get Jeff Jones as my new sales representative. He is Director of Fleet Sales and is a terrific salesman. He was professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Not only did he listen to my needs and concerns, he went above and beyond to find me the best vehicle possible to meet those needs and my payment concerns. I love the car he found. It was everything I wanted and affordable. Melissa Pattison, Finance Mgr, was extremely helpful. She explained what I was signing and then gave me my options to consider. Best part, she explained all the options and benefits but unlike some people you met elsewhere, she was not pushy, there was no hardsale. She listened and really made Finance a pleasant experience.
