Only negative from this experience is the time it took. I know the dealership?s service department is busy but almost a 3 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment seems long.

This past weekend, I helped a close friend of mine purchase a 2017 Toyota Corolla LE Eco from Simon Dharmawan, one of the internet sales managers. My first impression of the dealership was that it was extremely well-maintained, with many offices for the finance managers to expedite the sales process for multiple customers. There is also a child-friendly entertainment area, as well as a stellar coffee machine with tons of touchscreen options. Simon was by far the lowest-pressure and most accomodating salesperson I have encountered in the car business (having worked in the industry for 2 years), and had great patience despite my cutthroat questions and desire to establish total transparency. My advice to prospective buyers would be to come in with your research in hand, ask for Simon, and prepare to fire away with questions until you're completely satisfied with making a decision. I thoroughly enjoyed the negiotations and would come again just to have fun.

My recent Camry purchase at Baxter Toyota was hassle free. The entire event took about 2 1/2 hours. Denis Mejia was awesome. He was up front about everything. There were no games. Baxter even had a tech guy named Dillon that synced my iPhone to the car and explained the car functions. That was a first for me. It was greatly appreciated. I’m not very tech savvy in my old age. They no longer give free FLAVORED coffee and popcorn. Two things I throughly enjoyed whenever I would need anything done to my car. However customer service was on point. And the price was very reasonable. I didn't like being charged a SHOP FEE, I FEEL IM BEING NICKLED AND DIMED TO DEATH.

We greatly appreciated Jeff Canlas' straightforwardness. We do a great deal of research before purchasing a car and knew what we wanted and the price range we would consider. He was one of very few salespeople who provided us with a detailed breakdown of pricing and who didn't waste our time by promising things he couldn't actually deliver. We have no patience for bait and switch dealers. Jeff stayed in touch, let us know when a particular car in which we had an interest was actually on the lot and even stayed open on New Year's Day to enable us to see the vehicle in person. We asked for some consideration on one small add-on and he made that happen as well. The pricing was right, the trade-in offer was fair and it was a pleasure to work with a person who didn't "play games" but just delivered what was promised. We would recommend Jeff and his dealership.
