Never felt pressured--really appreciated her honesty and patience explaining details of several options we had. She genuinely cared and was committed to meeting our needs and we feel much better knowing what is financially attainable and practical. Past experiences with other car dealerships for me have not been good and none come close to the great service she provided. Hope to lease a Corolla Cross or other hybrid soon as we're working to get our finances in order. Really appreciate her time showing the new hybrids available. Reuben Floyd was incredibly helpful in guiding us toward our 2024 Rav4. He was patient with some of our indecision but once we got to writing it up, he was very efficient and thorough. He was also a very pleasant person that we got to know. He was focused and really cares about people. He's a very valuable employee and we are grateful that he took such good care of us!

Service advisor was friendly courteous and straightforward. The service was completed in less than the time quoted. In my experience here and I have been here a few times I?ve been pleased with the level of customer service and quality of repair work. My only critique of this place is the pricing. Call me old fashioned but I don?t think an oil change should be $81.
