I worked with Hayley on the purchase of a 2024 Lexus. I was form out of town so she sent as much information as possible to me. Including pictures, info on the car and also videos upon my requests. My starter went out on my 2010 Toyota RAV4 V6 limited Thursday evening. I called AutoNation Toyota and had an appointment for Friday next day. Cameron the service advisor was helpful and got the replacement starter installed by 4pm. I was able to get a 20% veterans discount that helped with the bill. The process went pretty smoothly.

Jalen was excellent to deal with in the buying process. I shopped online from Kansas to find a car for the winter season in AZ. Jalen Mcdaniels and I texted a few times. Jalen was very patient never pressuring us to make a decision before we were ready, which was when we arrived in AZ. Then we could see and drive. We were sold on our RAV$ immediately. Wonderful experience.

I had a walk in oil change done at Earnhardt Toyota in Mesa. Service advisor was friendly , knowledgeable and the service department was also very quick, earlier than promised. We have all of Prius service work done here, we’ve had no problems.

After weeks of calling pretty much every Toyota dealership and none of them being able to deliver, we were frustrated. Earnhardt Toyota was our last shot. I put in an inquiry online at 8 AM, and by 8:30, the sales rep called me. Manny really came through — super patient and helpful. He found a car that got delivered to the dealership that same day and made sure everything was ready for us to pick it up. He made sure the paperwork was ready for our arrival , had the car pulled up, and got it prepped for us. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to meet him in person to thank him since he was off at 3, but he made sure one of his coworkers helped us out. The whole process only took about 1.5 hours, and we drove home in our new ride. Huge thanks to Manny and Curtis (finance) for being patient and making this such a great experience! I really hope Manny gets credit for this sale — he definitely earned it!
