Purchased my new car 2025 X3 week of August 13th 2025 and typical of BMW the service provided was 10 star plus. Met a number of representatives all so friendly! This is my fourth BMW. Still have a 2005 645ci covered and parked in the gargage with less than 5k miles which I drive on rare ocassion when I want to take a top down cruise on a weekend afternoon. Emily assisted me through both the decision (which car best suited my needs), as well as the financing process, including trade-in. While it was long one (been 14 years since I bought my last new car) it was smooth and seamless. Getting older, I wanted to scale down to a smaller but equally sturdy vehile to get me safely around. Had my eye on the X1, test drove both the X1 and 3 and decided the 3 (a tad bit bigger) was the best choice (offered few more options too). I'm getting accustomed to the modern day instrumentation panel and all the newest bells and whistles that go with (part of the fun of driving a new car). I'm double wowed how far technology has come. The car practically thinks for you! I'm a repeat customer obviously. My first new car a Buick Regal, owned Chevy Corvette 69 Red T-top, Lincoln, Volvo, Dodge, GMC, Mercedes, Infiniti but always return to the BMW (this is my 4th). Can't beat the quality which is offered from their largest most luxlurious sedans to the smallest. And they offer so many more choices now. Emily was my sales representative- kind and very personable. So knowledgeable and seems to have a real sense when it comes to meeting customer needs. She even followed up to see "hows things were going" after all was said and done. That's going above and beyond! Oh, and we've shared a few chuckles at my surprise discoveries. Hightly recommend her! I have driven Toyota’s most of my adult life. I cannot say anything bad about them. They are wonderful cars, and that has been my experience. I know a reputable owner of a used car dealership and he said that at my age (68), if I buy a Toyota pickup they will drive my family to my funeral in it. He said that it will outlast me, and I believe him! I just bought the Tacoma, and it runs great, but it only had 13,000 miles on it! They all run good when they’re new, but judging from past experience, it will be great also.

The only problem in this truck is no power seat and heater control only does one side . Real view mirror is to small . Other than that great truck !!

Was looking for a mid-size truck to replace a big Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 and a small 90's model Chevy S-10 pickup. Was interested in the new gen Nissan Frontier but went with the Tacoma. My first ever Tacoma truck. A 2022 SR with the V-6 motor and SX package. Purchased it used with about 9,000 miles on it. Overall I really like the size and style of the vehicle. The previous owner put a leveling kit and wheel spaces on it. As well as 285 AT tires. It has that go anywhere look. And while it has the power, the tranny is lackluster. And it rides like a truck which is good and bad. I've had a lot of compliments on it so it's obvious there are a lot of Taco fans out there. I got it at a fair deal and you just can't beat the reliability factor. Probably won't be my last Tacoma because this one meets or exceeds most all my expectations. Happy camper here!

For the size of motor it's surprisingly powerful. The transmission is smart and performs when needed, use the manual shift when needed. The ride is smooth, the suspension superior on the freeway handling anything I ask of it nicely. Off road it has traction features galore, nothing left for complaints. Best truck I ever owned.

Very disappointing in throttle response very lazy and the transmission is constantly shifting goes into 6 gear before u get to 20 then shifts down and up over and over radio is weak with sound

Great little truck. will pretty much do all you need. Although comfort and engine are very lackluster. If you're tall, 6' and up. Buy the seat jackers you will need them. Autostart is very clunky as the engine shuts off when you open the door (so basically the same wear and tear as AutoStart/stop). the toyota app is not even on the table if you don't pay the subscription.

I bought my 2017 in spring of 2020 with 27k miles for $27k. I was specifically looking for a TRD Sport, manual trans. The Tacoma is the only manual trans truck produced anymore. I currently have 80k miles on it now and the blue book still shows it at $23k-$24k. I have not had any issues with it. I have done my own maintenance (oil changes and just recently front brake pads). The 2017 was the last year before they added all the safety stuff with the cruise controls. I'm glad I don't have that stuff. I also have the map system in my factory head unit and don't have to rely on the Apple carplay or Android auto apps. There was some discomfort in the seat. It was easily resolved with items that can be purchased to adjust the seat to your liking. There are a lot of complaints on the power and fuel mileage. Really?? Its a truck. Its not a sports car or compact sedan. Its not going to get the greatest mileage or set land speed records. If you want something that always starts, never leaves you stranded, and you can count on everyday, this is the one. If you want something that you want to spend a bunch of money repairing, you may want to look elsewhere.

This is my 3rd Toyota truck 2022 (5th Toyota) I’ve only had this for a week and so far I’m loving the way it drives. All the plastic on interior, not so much. It looks okay but feel cheap. My biggest complaint so far is the all the cup holders are a tad to small for my water bottle, which I take everywhere I go and the color options in the model I wanted. I may have to ask my grandson to trade me back for my 2002 model or perhaps trade up when the new one comes out… we’ll see

It was a much-needed surprise for my wife, whose car was recently totaled. She's always dreamed of a Subaru, and this past Sunday, Don made that dream a reality, exceeding all expectations. Our journey was initially frustrating. Our first attempt at Albany Subaru ended with an inexplicable $15,000 price hike upon arrival. They made us feel like we were wasting their time for not paying this huge markup. That, plus a Napa dealer selling a car from under us after starting paperwork, left us wary of dealership games. As a former car salesman, I know these tactics and just wanted an honest, respectful experience. Then, to ensure I could retrieve the car and surprise my wife, Don offered to drive an hour to Santa Rosa to pick me up! I was floored and initially declined, not wanting to impose. He then immediately offered an Uber or Lyft. This dedication is almost unheard of. Thanks to Don, when I arrived at Fairfield Subaru this past Sunday, the numbers were exactly as promised. I paid, and in under 30 minutes, was driving away. My wife's airport surprise was a success – she was overjoyed! Don even followed up the next day to ensure everything was satisfactory, testifying to his unwavering commitment. Don understood our needs and explained market realities, navigating everything perfectly with mutual respect. After bait-and-switch tactics elsewhere and a friend's harassment at Santa Rosa Subaru, Don was a complete breath of fresh air. He is a true diamond in the rough. I bought a 2019 Tacoma with 89k. So far performance is fantastic and can definitely experience the quality build. This has made me skeptical of the reviews about poor engine build and transmission problems like hunting for gears. Can't pretty much dispel the proven track record of the 2019 as one of Toyota best build of the year. As for the transmission, it is still the best performing and reliable 6 speed transmission as compared to the other brands with high failure rates. One of the reason I stick with Toyota because I once had another brand manufacturer bought new and as soon as it hit over 100k, transmission problems or some solenoid problem. As for the engine, the dealer even included a lifetime engine warranty. That just tells me, they never expect the engine to fail. the review with the engine knocking sounds like an another brand car. it just doesn't happen to a toyota.

I only gave 4-Stars due to the fact that I have not moved forward to purchasing a vehicle from VW-Fairfield as of yet. M. Marshall, the sales rep I met & discussed my car options w/ was spot on w/ his Customer Service & was very friendly & outgoing. I will write another review if & when I purchase a car from them.

I have a issue with acceleration and gear change when gasing it for lane change, ramp acceleration etc. There is to much hesitation in gear change.

I was in the market for a small truck. I've owned lots of Hondas over the years with great success but I didn't like the way the Ridgeline looked. I knew Tacomas were known for reliability and resale value. I bought the off road model and so far, so good after a year and a half. I paid stcker price when they were selling for 2 or 3k over MSRP. It's probably still worth as much as I paid.

Luay was very easy to deal with. He made the buying process as smooth and crystal clear as can be. I felt like he was trying to HELP me buy a car instead of ripping me off. Small dealership, so the focus is on you and your needs, and not on the next customer on the lot. Nice staff.

Truck was a champ. Mileage slightly less than advertised but still decent. Felt like sitting in a lifted car but was smooth on oilfield goat trails and held up real well saving gas compared to other full-size trucks. I think the fake hood scoop was xxxxxxxx but otherwise a great truck. 4x4 in mud snow and icy roads was excellent. Real reliable truck.

I just purchased a 2019 Tacoma from Freeman Toyota and every person at the dealership I dealt with was helpful, friendly and patient with my many questions and concerns, especially Manny Flores. He communicated clearly by text and phone, making sure that I had all of the information I needed to decide whether it would likely be worthwhile for me to drive for an hour to the dealership. If he didn't know the answer to the question I asked, he found out and let me know as quickly as possible. He even came into the dealership on what was supposed to be his day off to help facilitate my purchase of the truck. When the truck was fully detailed the following day, he also went above and beyond to deliver the truck to me at a time and place that was most convenient for me. After more than a month of dealing with used car salesmen at other dealerships who repeatedly misrepresented the vehicles they were selling, it was so refreshing to interact with Manny and others at Freeman Toyota. They were honest, direct, and easy going. And they liked my dog and didn't complain when she took a test drive with me! We're very happy with our 2019 Tacoma and very grateful that Freeman Toyota made the experience of buying a used vehicle not only less stressful but actually enjoyable. So far I am very pleased with my Toyota Tacoma, it is more than I expected and the biggest surprise is the low interior noise and the smooth ride. I was able to go down to south Florida (Pembroke Pine area with my three kid and they enjoyed the ride. Every time we are going some where they want me to take the Tacoma instead of my wife Honda mini van.
