My 2010 had 317,000 miles when I bought my 2021. I absolutely love the changes that toyota has made. My 2021 is a perfect truck for comfort and reliability.

I went there looking for a Jeep I saw on Cars.com and they got me a carfax report and test drive (a good long freeway and street drive) as soon as I arrived. They were extremely friendly and honest. They admitted that the Jeep had been in an accident but proved that it was only a fender bender. As a matter of fact, they guarantee not to sell cars with any type of frame or flood damage. They even replaced the battery for free because they noticed some corrosion on the connection when I was inspecting it. They let me look the car up and down, inside and out as much as I wanted. They HARDLY charge ANY fees! It's great. The taxes and fees together were only 10 percent of the list price. Best customer service I've ever had at a dealer! For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

After buying a new Dodge Ram 1500 from Earnheardt Queen Creek over a year ago, I have had stellar support from the Service Department. I specifically work with Jeff, as he is always kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and fair - he never tries to push maintenance on me that I don't need and always keeps me informed of progress and pricing! He is certainly great at his craft.

I bought a 2019 Tacoma with 89k. So far performance is fantastic and can definitely experience the quality build. This has made me skeptical of the reviews about poor engine build and transmission problems like hunting for gears. Can't pretty much dispel the proven track record of the 2019 as one of Toyota best build of the year. As for the transmission, it is still the best performing and reliable 6 speed transmission as compared to the other brands with high failure rates. One of the reason I stick with Toyota because I once had another brand manufacturer bought new and as soon as it hit over 100k, transmission problems or some solenoid problem. As for the engine, the dealer even included a lifetime engine warranty. That just tells me, they never expect the engine to fail. the review with the engine knocking sounds like an another brand car. it just doesn't happen to a toyota.

Purchased this truck for it's reliablity.Opted for a SR5 trim because it's not lifted nor branded with stickers. Have 44-k miles now. No issues. Just scheduled factory maintenance. I plan to run this truck well over 300-k miles. Is it perfect? No. The engine is somewhat lack luster, the gas milesage is just okay and the interior is somewhat small compared to a full size truck. however,However, I trust this truck to serve me well into the future without any major issues.

I couldn’t be happier about my experience buying a used Toyota from Big Two. The car was as represented on the internet. The price was really the price, no hidden extra charges, fees for cleaning it etc... Randi was personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The attention given to me while waiting for the paperwork and prep was appreciated although the wait was less than I have experienced at other dealers.

Love this truck's features and look! Only criticism is leg room in backseat! Other than that, it is a great truck that will hold its value and build equity well! 9.5/10

For the size of motor it's surprisingly powerful. The transmission is smart and performs when needed, use the manual shift when needed. The ride is smooth, the suspension superior on the freeway handling anything I ask of it nicely. Off road it has traction features galore, nothing left for complaints. Best truck I ever owned.

The new 4th Gen taco. It took some time to grow on me. But the style is much better then other mid size trucks on the market. It's great truck for what you need to do with it. With the massive 14 inch screen all new digital dashboard. New interior seats. Nice wide body shape. And it handles extremely well on the roads. Sure I wish Toyota would have made the rear leg room little wider. And added a step to the bed area. But overall it's a great a truck. The performance of the stock 2.4 turbo charge engine will move the truck.

In the hills of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia or anywhere there’s a big hill/mountain do not expect engine performance. It’s get up and go is gone!

Have loved this location for service, but this was our first time purchasing a vehicle. Aaron was fantastic to work with! After 15 years with my previous Tacoma TRD Offroad, I bought the same vehicle to replace it. I really wasn't ready to replace it but the 24's don't excite me with the 4 cylinder turbo and I figured the longer I wait, the harder it would be to find a discontinued 6 cylinder in new condition. I got lucky and found a 3 month old 23 with 1,400 miles on it. I think Toyota screwed up with the 24 models, they cheapened them in many ways, crap engine, thinner frame, less underbody protection. Basically, they made them for people who don't want or need a truck but like the image.

CarMax is much smoother than any other car buying experience you will ever find. Their salesman Matthew Johnson is a great guy. He was very patient and helped me find the perfect car after I spent months researching. He really knew what he was doing and gave me a wonderful experience. I would recommend CarMax to anyone!

Remote connect is cool. But it does not reporting your windows are open. Secondly if the car has started remotely and you open the doors. Car shuts off. They say it’s a safety feature. It’s not because I’m 2024 models that problem is not present

I had a great experience buying from out of state. I would do business again and would recommend to friends and family. Here's my experience: I found a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe which included my wish list options including the active safety group (hard to find). The price seemed good compared to what I see in my area (UT). I reached out to sales at Bill Luke and asked for the "out the door" price. They came back and the only additional cost was window tint (as mentioned in the fine print on cars.com). Aside from that there was only tax and dealer fee. They took additional pictures and sent me a video tour of the vehicle. I signed a deal with the finance group, who did their best to match a loan rate from my local credit union. Shipping seemed reasonable, but I decided to pick up in person (they were even open Sunday which made things flexible for a weekend trip). I booked a flight and showed up just waiting for someone to try and tell me there were additional costs, but they were true to their word on "No hidden fees". I fit real well in this truck . I like the gas mileage and it is awesome. The color fits me and l like 4 wheel drive. The truck works good in the snow and handles extremely well.

This vehicle seems to be an outstanding vehicle for its class. The only reason that I'm not giving it five stars for comfort is that it rides like a truck -- which is what its supposed to be, but quite comfortable for a truck. The other four star rating I gave it was because it was not available with a manual transmission. Again, it's a truck, not a car and trucks, as working vehicles should be available with a manual transmission -- but people today don't want to actually have to DRIVE a vehicl.

This dealership does a great job of offering a wide range of used electric vehicles at some of the lowest prices in the Valley. I worked mostly with Angel (and a bit with Eric). Over the course of a few weeks, we narrowed in on the EV that was right for me and that qualified for the $4,000 EV tax credit (which ends September 30, 2025). Both Angel and Eric were personable, professional, and responsive. Ultimately, I found a great car at a great price here, without the haggle of negotiating. Please take care to read through all the fees and warranty offerings. You want to make sure you are purchasing what's right for you. But, I did find the fees + taxes to be outlined in a transparent manner. I'll update this review if I start to have any issues with the car in the immediate future, but so far, this has been a good purchase.

I leased a 2020 Toyota Tacoma and loved it. It was reliable but a little loud inside but that was fine. I just looked at the 2024 Tacoma and they got ride of the 6 cylinder and got a turbo motor. I don’t trust anything made after 202- so I’m looking for a 2021 Tacoma.

Was looking for a mid-size truck to replace a big Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 and a small 90's model Chevy S-10 pickup. Was interested in the new gen Nissan Frontier but went with the Tacoma. My first ever Tacoma truck. A 2022 SR with the V-6 motor and SX package. Purchased it used with about 9,000 miles on it. Overall I really like the size and style of the vehicle. The previous owner put a leveling kit and wheel spaces on it. As well as 285 AT tires. It has that go anywhere look. And while it has the power, the tranny is lackluster. And it rides like a truck which is good and bad. I've had a lot of compliments on it so it's obvious there are a lot of Taco fans out there. I got it at a fair deal and you just can't beat the reliability factor. Probably won't be my last Tacoma because this one meets or exceeds most all my expectations. Happy camper here!

Very easy process. I worked with Steve Garcia and he was great! I showed up at the dealership 3 maybe 4 times and he was very patient and never pushed me into anything. I purchased a 23 Bronco when I finished doing my research and love it!

This truck gets crappy gas mileage. Supposed to get 16 mpg city 24 mpg hwy but really only gets about 12-14 mpg in city and 18 to 20 mpg on hwy with crappy ethanol gas. When I was using no ethanol gas in great state of FL I was getting 16 to 18 mpg in city and 22 to 24 mpg on hwy. But I am now in CA so I am getting crappy mpg. I will be moving back to FL in a year.

New owner of a 2024 Limited, extremely happy with the driving comfort, even though it does have a restricted leg room in the backseat which seldom is used. Upgraded technology inside the cabin with the 14 inch screen and the dial controls for the radio four-wheel-drive and HVAC controls. I really like the spray in bedliner power tailgate the exterior bed lights and the power steps also the rear sliding power window. my fuel economy is about 22 miles per the gallon but as of now it’s only got 1000 miles on it so I’m anticipating that to improve as the engine gets broken in. I do find that the standard turbo four-cylinder makes a slight rumble going uphill, but I have ordered a sound attenuation pad for under the hood and that should eliminate that. I find the driver in passenger seats to be equally comfortable with good bolstering as well as a lumbar support system that is four ways. I was a previous owner of a Ford F150 and a Dodge Ram 1500, but I wanted a pick up truck that would fit in my garage. Having have been a previous Toyota owner, I am looking forward to many years of problem free concerns based on the high-quality of Toyota and also the ACSI rating number of 83.
