Purchased this truck for it's reliablity.Opted for a SR5 trim because it's not lifted nor branded with stickers. Have 44-k miles now. No issues. Just scheduled factory maintenance. I plan to run this truck well over 300-k miles. Is it perfect? No. The engine is somewhat lack luster, the gas milesage is just okay and the interior is somewhat small compared to a full size truck. however,However, I trust this truck to serve me well into the future without any major issues.

I love my new 2025 Highlander. The process was pretty smooth although there were a few hiccups. On June 18th we ordered the new SUV and added several options. We paid a deposit that day. On July 18th, we received an email telling us the SUV was on order and gave us an approximate delivery date. When I looked at the order, 3 options were missing, one option was added that we did not want, and the base price increased by $500. Per Thankful, one of the options (mud guards) was already standard on the vehicle. She assured us that the 2 remaining options for floor liners and a cargo mat would be ordered and available when the SUV arrived. She said she couldn't remove the multi-media screen protector which we didn't order and didn't want at a cost of $150. The base increase of $500 was due to tarriffs according to Thankful. I really disagree with that. We ordered the vehicle in June and paid a down payment but Ed Martin increased the vehicle by $650 before we picked it up. We paid the increased price but really feel like it shouldn't have been added. We've been buying vehicles from Ed Martin for 23 years and will probably buy again but this did bother us.

Love this truck's features and look! Only criticism is leg room in backseat! Other than that, it is a great truck that will hold its value and build equity well! 9.5/10

For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

In the hills of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia or anywhere there’s a big hill/mountain do not expect engine performance. It’s get up and go is gone!

We recently bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had a problem with it when we got home. Took it back next morning.Spoke with John May the manager, he assured us he would resolve the problem gave us a loaner car. After a couple days called said the found the problem and it was corrected. So far haven’t had any more problems. Very hard to find service after the sale like that, he told us they were there for us and they were.John is a stand up guy.

So far I am very pleased with my Toyota Tacoma, it is more than I expected and the biggest surprise is the low interior noise and the smooth ride. I was able to go down to south Florida (Pembroke Pine area with my three kid and they enjoyed the ride. Every time we are going some where they want me to take the Tacoma instead of my wife Honda mini van.

I was trying to buy a Toyota Hylander from this dealership and David Rhum is who contacted me after an internet inquiry. He was very upfront about everything taking his time to explain everything. Unfortunately due to a dealership rule, he could not sell this type of vehicle to me because I lived too far away. Most salespeople would then not talk to you. Not Mr. Rhum - he continued to assist by answering questions and letting me know where the make and model of the vehicle was available and at which dealership. I've already been to the parts department to buy a roof rack and they were very nice and helpful as well. If going to Toyota of Muncie ask for David Rhum, if you get 1/2 of the service and assistance that he gave us - you will already be at 100%.

Excellent truck, Tacoma's are great for everyday use and great in snow. Fun to drive, reliable, cost effective, well made, visually appealing, long lasting, great product for the price.

Was looking for a mid-size truck to replace a big Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 and a small 90's model Chevy S-10 pickup. Was interested in the new gen Nissan Frontier but went with the Tacoma. My first ever Tacoma truck. A 2022 SR with the V-6 motor and SX package. Purchased it used with about 9,000 miles on it. Overall I really like the size and style of the vehicle. The previous owner put a leveling kit and wheel spaces on it. As well as 285 AT tires. It has that go anywhere look. And while it has the power, the tranny is lackluster. And it rides like a truck which is good and bad. I've had a lot of compliments on it so it's obvious there are a lot of Taco fans out there. I got it at a fair deal and you just can't beat the reliability factor. Probably won't be my last Tacoma because this one meets or exceeds most all my expectations. Happy camper here!

Though I intended to purchase a used vehicle with a much lower sticker value than most of the cars on the lot I was treated with utmost respect and friendliness, from the office staff to the mechanic to one of the partners. They understood we had driven a couple hours amidst the coronavirus pandemic and worked quickly and easily with me to take the car home that evening. They honored the out the door price we had discussed prior to arrival and even shipped parts they were unable to return to Toyota at no cost to me.

I love my Tacoma. I've always been a GMC person, but wasn't happy with their smaller pickup options. I made the jump to a Tacoma and I've already driven it across the country. I was very comfortable, extremely happy with performance.

Friendly people and seems like they care about you and always helpful. Makes you fill comfortable when you walk in the doors. Prices are good. Easy to deal with. For me only Ford dealership out there.

Truck was a champ. Mileage slightly less than advertised but still decent. Felt like sitting in a lifted car but was smooth on oilfield goat trails and held up real well saving gas compared to other full-size trucks. I think the fake hood scoop was xxxxxxxx but otherwise a great truck. 4x4 in mud snow and icy roads was excellent. Real reliable truck.

New owner of a 2024 Limited, extremely happy with the driving comfort, even though it does have a restricted leg room in the backseat which seldom is used. Upgraded technology inside the cabin with the 14 inch screen and the dial controls for the radio four-wheel-drive and HVAC controls. I really like the spray in bedliner power tailgate the exterior bed lights and the power steps also the rear sliding power window. my fuel economy is about 22 miles per the gallon but as of now it’s only got 1000 miles on it so I’m anticipating that to improve as the engine gets broken in. I do find that the standard turbo four-cylinder makes a slight rumble going uphill, but I have ordered a sound attenuation pad for under the hood and that should eliminate that. I find the driver in passenger seats to be equally comfortable with good bolstering as well as a lumbar support system that is four ways. I was a previous owner of a Ford F150 and a Dodge Ram 1500, but I wanted a pick up truck that would fit in my garage. Having have been a previous Toyota owner, I am looking forward to many years of problem free concerns based on the high-quality of Toyota and also the ACSI rating number of 83.

Great little truck. will pretty much do all you need. Although comfort and engine are very lackluster. If you're tall, 6' and up. Buy the seat jackers you will need them. Autostart is very clunky as the engine shuts off when you open the door (so basically the same wear and tear as AutoStart/stop). the toyota app is not even on the table if you don't pay the subscription.

Great experience so far with the Tacoma. Have loved the ride and comfort it provides, with the only negative so far being some of the quality of the interior isn’t the greatest. The door panels specifically are loose feeling on the handles, seems cheap for a $55k truck.

I was once about the second time I started again to restart the first time I came back to begin again from the third of four or five of them.

This vehicle seems to be an outstanding vehicle for its class. The only reason that I'm not giving it five stars for comfort is that it rides like a truck -- which is what its supposed to be, but quite comfortable for a truck. The other four star rating I gave it was because it was not available with a manual transmission. Again, it's a truck, not a car and trucks, as working vehicles should be available with a manual transmission -- but people today don't want to actually have to DRIVE a vehicl.

After 15 years with my previous Tacoma TRD Offroad, I bought the same vehicle to replace it. I really wasn't ready to replace it but the 24's don't excite me with the 4 cylinder turbo and I figured the longer I wait, the harder it would be to find a discontinued 6 cylinder in new condition. I got lucky and found a 3 month old 23 with 1,400 miles on it. I think Toyota screwed up with the 24 models, they cheapened them in many ways, crap engine, thinner frame, less underbody protection. Basically, they made them for people who don't want or need a truck but like the image.

Highly recommend!! My husband and I stopped in just to look at some cars. My 2010 had 317,000 miles when I bought my 2021. I absolutely love the changes that toyota has made. My 2021 is a perfect truck for comfort and reliability.

Call Adam Richardson! I will never go to another dealership again. I live 3 hours away in the Chicagoland suburbs. I was looking for a very specific Subaru and had visited several local dealerships. The price point was a little high and the customer service at all the dealerships were lacking. As if the cars will sell themselves. Not at Kokomo. I contacted them via email and immediately Adam Richardson called me back. Answered every question or concern I had. And sent me a personal video tour of inside and outside of the vehicle being honest about every single detail about the car so there would be no surprises when I arrived. They gave me top dollar for my trade in and worked out all financing, details and negotiations before I even arrived so I did not wast my time. Their price was the lowest in a 200 mile radius and had the most features on the car. Adam was absolutely amazing to work with. Went completely above and beyond for me. I couldn’t have asked for better service than what I received there all around. No high pressure. Treated me and my family as if we were their family. So glad we made the drive out there. The Gen 4 Tacoma is very nice. There are a few issues that Toyota should have never allowed. First, as in the Gen 3, the drivers side assist handle is missing. That is a nice feature that should be in the truck. Second, the glove box door looseness is an embarrassment. It is disgustingly loose. I was able to buy some inserts online for $11. Toyota ought to be doing that for all the trucks. Third, the electronic stuff is WAY WAY WAY overboard. Way too much and way to confusing and way to difficult to shut off and keep off. I want a truck I can drive, not wrestle with the electronics. The notion of not being able to buy desired options is terrible. I do not need a power tailgate and inability to open the tail gate without a key. Either pay $4000 for some thinks you want or pay $8000 to get lots of stuff you don't want just to get 1 or 2 things you do want. The electronic dashboard is way overboard. Another 'feature' that is way overboard and can not be simplified. This is a truck, how about some analog gauges? The good part is the ride is amazingly solid and smooth, performance is pretty snappy for a relatively heavy vehicle and I expect Toyota longevity. Overall, the basic truck is nice, but the extra stuff is unwanted, unnecessary and adds complexity that is not desired

Remote connect is cool. But it does not reporting your windows are open. Secondly if the car has started remotely and you open the doors. Car shuts off. They say it’s a safety feature. It’s not because I’m 2024 models that problem is not present

I’ve had a lot of full size V8 trucks, this is my first Tacoma. At 5’10 it has plenty of room, I like the long bed, and 4x4 gives me options to get off the pavement. These trucks are very reliable, fuel efficient and have a ton of accessories to set yours apart. This truck rides better than my 2018 F150 2wd eco boost. Got the 100k warranty, It should provide years of fun
