In the fall of 2020, we ordered and purchased a brand new 2021 GMC Sierra AT4 through Rydell. We had the pleasure of working with salesman Casper Bach. He was by far the most friendly and outgoing guy we have ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. Casper always answered any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed. Casper is very professional and has thee best customer service hands down. Fast forward 1.5 months...we just purchased another vehicle from Casper at Rydell. He was phenomenal! So far I am very pleased with my Toyota Tacoma, it is more than I expected and the biggest surprise is the low interior noise and the smooth ride. I was able to go down to south Florida (Pembroke Pine area with my three kid and they enjoyed the ride. Every time we are going some where they want me to take the Tacoma instead of my wife Honda mini van.

We purchased a 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 pickup from Rydell Chevrolet last week. We worked with Kody Schlenvogt and he was such a nice sales person, he listened to what we were looking for, and did not pressure us in anything. He gave us time to think about each vehicle we were looking at. We had to call him a few times and he was always helpful and courteous, always did what he could to help us. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle at Rydells.

Purchased this truck for it's reliablity.Opted for a SR5 trim because it's not lifted nor branded with stickers. Have 44-k miles now. No issues. Just scheduled factory maintenance. I plan to run this truck well over 300-k miles. Is it perfect? No. The engine is somewhat lack luster, the gas milesage is just okay and the interior is somewhat small compared to a full size truck. however,However, I trust this truck to serve me well into the future without any major issues.

This vehicle seems to be an outstanding vehicle for its class. The only reason that I'm not giving it five stars for comfort is that it rides like a truck -- which is what its supposed to be, but quite comfortable for a truck. The other four star rating I gave it was because it was not available with a manual transmission. Again, it's a truck, not a car and trucks, as working vehicles should be available with a manual transmission -- but people today don't want to actually have to DRIVE a vehicl.

For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

My 2010 had 317,000 miles when I bought my 2021. I absolutely love the changes that toyota has made. My 2021 is a perfect truck for comfort and reliability.
