I had my heart set on a particular color. Unfortunately, it was not on site. J.R. introduced me to the Floor Manager, Cory Boswell, who searched for the Rav 4 color and upgrades I was looking for until he found exactly what I wanted. Cory kept on checking in on me to ensure everything was perfect. My day ended with Rene Cantu in finance, who crunched the numbers, factoring in a trade-in value that was satisfactory and brought it all together within my budget. Rodney at VW of Alamo Heights helped me get the remote start going on my ?25 Atlas! It?s the base model that doesn?t come with remote start, but it came from factory with the extended range remote start. The fob worked perfectly, but the myVWapp would NOT pair with the vehicle to enable remote start. Rodney didn?t oversell by promising he?d get it working, but he promised to try. After working with MyVWapp and ConnectedCar company, plus VW corporate, Rodney jumped through all the hoops and got remote starting working via the phone app!! #HappyDance
