We bought a 2025 Rav4 for my wife, a car she had saved up for over a number of years. It is our cross country vehicle for our retirement road trips. Everyone was helpful, with a special shout out to Damian Denova. While the dealership did everything right, Damian is the reason we purchased what we did, where we did. This process took about a year, we considered several makes and models from several dealerships, and ONLY Damian and Cedar Park Toyota stayed in touch over that timeframe. Being a retired salesman, I was very impressed with the job Damian did. He was a true professional in every aspect. He stayed in touch, let me know when a car came in he thought would interest us, without a hint of pushiness. Was looking for a mid-size truck to replace a big Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 and a small 90's model Chevy S-10 pickup. Was interested in the new gen Nissan Frontier but went with the Tacoma. My first ever Tacoma truck. A 2022 SR with the V-6 motor and SX package. Purchased it used with about 9,000 miles on it. Overall I really like the size and style of the vehicle. The previous owner put a leveling kit and wheel spaces on it. As well as 285 AT tires. It has that go anywhere look. And while it has the power, the tranny is lackluster. And it rides like a truck which is good and bad. I've had a lot of compliments on it so it's obvious there are a lot of Taco fans out there. I got it at a fair deal and you just can't beat the reliability factor. Probably won't be my last Tacoma because this one meets or exceeds most all my expectations. Happy camper here!

Great little truck. will pretty much do all you need. Although comfort and engine are very lackluster. If you're tall, 6' and up. Buy the seat jackers you will need them. Autostart is very clunky as the engine shuts off when you open the door (so basically the same wear and tear as AutoStart/stop). the toyota app is not even on the table if you don't pay the subscription.

My service provider Milo Padilla was FANTASTIC. There was a lot wrong with my car and it had to be in the shop for 2 weeks and he communicated with me every step of the process. I knew exactly what work was being done on the car and WHY that work was needed and he kept me updated about part delays and estimated pick up dates. I was easily able to get a rental car through Group 1 Ford and Milo extended my rental when further issues with my vehicle popped up. I have never had a car service experience this smooth and helpful.

Purchased this truck for it's reliablity.Opted for a SR5 trim because it's not lifted nor branded with stickers. Have 44-k miles now. No issues. Just scheduled factory maintenance. I plan to run this truck well over 300-k miles. Is it perfect? No. The engine is somewhat lack luster, the gas milesage is just okay and the interior is somewhat small compared to a full size truck. however,However, I trust this truck to serve me well into the future without any major issues.

In the hills of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia or anywhere there’s a big hill/mountain do not expect engine performance. It’s get up and go is gone!

For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

For the size of motor it's surprisingly powerful. The transmission is smart and performs when needed, use the manual shift when needed. The ride is smooth, the suspension superior on the freeway handling anything I ask of it nicely. Off road it has traction features galore, nothing left for complaints. Best truck I ever owned.

I drove down from Dallas b/c every dealership I had spoken to wanted $3k for add-ons. Johnny B made things quick and easy. When it comes to Ford, I'll never buy from anyone else.

I bought a 2019 Tacoma with 89k. So far performance is fantastic and can definitely experience the quality build. This has made me skeptical of the reviews about poor engine build and transmission problems like hunting for gears. Can't pretty much dispel the proven track record of the 2019 as one of Toyota best build of the year. As for the transmission, it is still the best performing and reliable 6 speed transmission as compared to the other brands with high failure rates. One of the reason I stick with Toyota because I once had another brand manufacturer bought new and as soon as it hit over 100k, transmission problems or some solenoid problem. As for the engine, the dealer even included a lifetime engine warranty. That just tells me, they never expect the engine to fail. the review with the engine knocking sounds like an another brand car. it just doesn't happen to a toyota.

After looking for weeks at Toyota RAV4's (used), I thought I found the one I wanted at Covert. Less than a mile into the test drive I knew it was NOT! I bought my 2017 in spring of 2020 with 27k miles for $27k. I was specifically looking for a TRD Sport, manual trans. The Tacoma is the only manual trans truck produced anymore. I currently have 80k miles on it now and the blue book still shows it at $23k-$24k. I have not had any issues with it. I have done my own maintenance (oil changes and just recently front brake pads). The 2017 was the last year before they added all the safety stuff with the cruise controls. I'm glad I don't have that stuff. I also have the map system in my factory head unit and don't have to rely on the Apple carplay or Android auto apps. There was some discomfort in the seat. It was easily resolved with items that can be purchased to adjust the seat to your liking. There are a lot of complaints on the power and fuel mileage. Really?? Its a truck. Its not a sports car or compact sedan. Its not going to get the greatest mileage or set land speed records. If you want something that always starts, never leaves you stranded, and you can count on everyday, this is the one. If you want something that you want to spend a bunch of money repairing, you may want to look elsewhere.

Upon checking out, Joe said that I had a discount certificate on the account. I really appreciate his honesty and applying that to my service bill. In a world where there?s so much dishonesty, it?s always a pleasant surprise when honesty is extended and applied to your situation.

I leased a 2020 Toyota Tacoma and loved it. It was reliable but a little loud inside but that was fine. I just looked at the 2024 Tacoma and they got ride of the 6 cylinder and got a turbo motor. I don’t trust anything made after 202- so I’m looking for a 2021 Tacoma.

After 15 years with my previous Tacoma TRD Offroad, I bought the same vehicle to replace it. I really wasn't ready to replace it but the 24's don't excite me with the 4 cylinder turbo and I figured the longer I wait, the harder it would be to find a discontinued 6 cylinder in new condition. I got lucky and found a 3 month old 23 with 1,400 miles on it. I think Toyota screwed up with the 24 models, they cheapened them in many ways, crap engine, thinner frame, less underbody protection. Basically, they made them for people who don't want or need a truck but like the image.

Bought my 2015 TRD Off Road Tacoma new off the lot and it has been a solid truck. I have only had to do a few things to it here and there, but I pull a trailer with a 1200lb SXS to West Virginia several times per year. In other words, I use my truck! I love it. Like any vehicle it isn't perfect. It has a few squeaks and rattles and there are things that could've been improved, but the engine and tranny are still going strong at 186k miles. I do hate that the headlights are prone to haze over and there is a noticeable whistle when traveling at 70+mph especially during crosswinds. The touchscreen display is impossible to read in bright sunlight because of the angle, and the blower fan could use more adjustment. As it gets older I have noticed there is some leakage of air to the defroster because the airway door isn't closing off completely. I can live with that. I have people ask me all the time if I want to sell it and I'm like NOPE! I'll keep it as long as I can.

I leased a new car. It was a smooth transition from trading my old Honda and leasing the new car. Under three hours. And the they added the tint on very quickly the next day. Very happy with my choice to go to Honda Leander

The new 4th Gen taco. It took some time to grow on me. But the style is much better then other mid size trucks on the market. It's great truck for what you need to do with it. With the massive 14 inch screen all new digital dashboard. New interior seats. Nice wide body shape. And it handles extremely well on the roads. Sure I wish Toyota would have made the rear leg room little wider. And added a step to the bed area. But overall it's a great a truck. The performance of the stock 2.4 turbo charge engine will move the truck.

We bought a LYRIQ this weekend. Our salesman was Martin He was awesome in his knowledge of the EV we purchased. It was delivered by Martin Saturday evening. Sunday morning we couldn’t get it to start(our stupidity) not knowing it starts when you don’t even it’s started. Martin was kind enough to come over Sunday morning to help us. We were so appreciative. Also “Coach “ gave us excellent info on how the car operates and help w getting a charger put in our garage. In the end we were extremely satisfied. So 5 out of 5 stars !!! New owner of a 2024 Limited, extremely happy with the driving comfort, even though it does have a restricted leg room in the backseat which seldom is used. Upgraded technology inside the cabin with the 14 inch screen and the dial controls for the radio four-wheel-drive and HVAC controls. I really like the spray in bedliner power tailgate the exterior bed lights and the power steps also the rear sliding power window. my fuel economy is about 22 miles per the gallon but as of now it’s only got 1000 miles on it so I’m anticipating that to improve as the engine gets broken in. I do find that the standard turbo four-cylinder makes a slight rumble going uphill, but I have ordered a sound attenuation pad for under the hood and that should eliminate that. I find the driver in passenger seats to be equally comfortable with good bolstering as well as a lumbar support system that is four ways. I was a previous owner of a Ford F150 and a Dodge Ram 1500, but I wanted a pick up truck that would fit in my garage. Having have been a previous Toyota owner, I am looking forward to many years of problem free concerns based on the high-quality of Toyota and also the ACSI rating number of 83.

My week started off by getting my Accord totalled by an uninsured driver who fled on foot. After a week of pain and misery I finally had a bright spot. I went into Howdy Honda Pre-owned and 3 hours later drove out in a beautiful 2020 Civic.

Remote connect is cool. But it does not reporting your windows are open. Secondly if the car has started remotely and you open the doors. Car shuts off. They say it’s a safety feature. It’s not because I’m 2024 models that problem is not present

Appearance of the Sport TRD is great, so far reliability is great. Fun to drive, my only complaint is lack of an area to place your phone or small items other than the console box. Back seat leg room leaves a little to be desired. Overall great truck. My first Tacoma, prior I had two Tundras, also great trucks

This is my 3rd Toyota truck 2022 (5th Toyota) I’ve only had this for a week and so far I’m loving the way it drives. All the plastic on interior, not so much. It looks okay but feel cheap. My biggest complaint so far is the all the cup holders are a tad to small for my water bottle, which I take everywhere I go and the color options in the model I wanted. I may have to ask my grandson to trade me back for my 2002 model or perhaps trade up when the new one comes out… we’ll see

Great experience so far with the Tacoma. Have loved the ride and comfort it provides, with the only negative so far being some of the quality of the interior isn’t the greatest. The door panels specifically are loose feeling on the handles, seems cheap for a $55k truck.
