Buying a car is a very lengthy process. I had been looking for just the right auto and Pablo made it as easy as possible and was very kind and patient.

Had an excellent buying experience at Jeff Wyler Toyota of Springfield, Ohio. My salesman Kenny was very efficient and courteous. The sales manager Matthew was extremely pleasurable to deal with and worked hard to make a deal. If you are looking for a Toyota in that area give them a try.

Sales department was friendly and up front, didn’t give off the scummy vibe some car salesmen have. Finance was a whole other story, despite buying my 4Runner a few weeks ago I’m still thinking about the weird interaction. Jonathan Farris was extremely pushy on a warranty despite it being declined multiple times, I don’t need one for my brand new Toyota they’re never worth it in my opinion. He started friendly enough but after officially declining the warranty his demeanor changed and made it seem like I was a bother to even be in the same room as him. Very off putting interaction and it’s unfortunate because like I said the sales team was pleasant to deal with but the last process of buying the car left a sour taste in my mouth. Avoid Jonathan if you can, he entered information incorrectly and had I not caught it would have ended up paying several thousand more in interest and he will try to screw you on a warranty, when he learns he can’t screw you he’ll ruin an otherwise special day.

I am not very easy to deal with but my salesman Joey Gilbert had such patience and especially the manager that I dealt with Pete, I am not sure of his last name. They make sure they do all that they can to get you totally satisfied with your deal. Pete himself (while wearing a tie and shirt) traded out step bars and installed a bed cover to get me satisfied enough to seal the deal that day. I am impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction, and I won't forget that.

The dealership has a lot of vehicles to chose from. Are sales person was very helpful and went of the way to make sure we were getting the best deal on are purchase. No pressure sales tactic, and friendly staff. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

So I’m based in Texas and this dealership was in Indiana. My salesman name was James. Let me tell you!! James was the upmost respectful and outgoing and honest salesman’s I’ve ever worked with. EVER! And I’ve bought at least 6 cars the process was easy and hackle free. We did everything over the phone and they were honest about the condition of the vehicle. I was a little apprehensive after not using a dealership for so long but with my new to me Toyota RAV4 I went to the dealership for 40k service. Naz was my service representative. I cannot say enough good things about him and he way he took care of me. I want to have him as my rep every time. He is one of the major reasons I will go back. The other is the waiting area. The theatre is amazing and a very good way to pass the time. The seating area is comfortable with enough seating for everyone plus more.
