We have owned our new vehicle for about 3mo now--We previously had been Ford owners, and were disappointed with the numerous Ford recalls, so we thought to try Toyota, after doing research on vehicle reviews, warranties, etc. Majed, our sales rep, assisted us in a test drive-we drove a used Rav 4, and fell in love with its smooth ride, and easy turn radius. Like everywhere you go , you have to wait. At least at this place you can have good cup of coffee , pretty decent food and comfortable atmosphere to kill time. Service department always very helpful and not pushy. What strange is that sales department doesn?t seem to care as much. I was walking around but nobody came up to me to make contact. Anyway I will be coming back.

I waited a long time for my new Corolla Cross because of the pandemic and supplly chain issues but it was worth it. Really liked the consistancy of having one salesman. From purchasing my car to getting service, have never had a bad experience at Imperial Toyota

The sales team was easy to work with. The car was waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. Given the current Corona virus crisis, everyone was wearing face masks and hand sanitizer was everywhere to be found. Everyone was kind, courteous, and patient. The finance team made everything straight forward, and we were able to conclude our business and purchased the car in a very short period of time. I'm very satisfied with our purchase experience, and would recommend this dealership.

Service Rep was great, service went well, but please when you are done with the service please return things to the way they were. I had to put the clock back on the correct time, turn my auto high beams back on, turn my inside light back on and return my chair to where it was when I brought it in. This would take 5 minutes and I would not have to find out how to turn my lights back on at night time in a dark parking lot later in the day.
