My wife and I are from Montana and we were staying at a Colorado Hotel. We had to be somewhere at 0700 on Sat. so we went out to the car at 0645 and attempted to start the car and nothing. AAA came and jumped us and said we needed a battery. Luckily AutoNation Toyota was a mile away but we were anticipating having to wait until Monday which was the day we were planning to leave. While my wife got the ride to the 0700 appt I called to see if the parts dept had the battery and they did. I told them we were stranded and the parts man said to come in and both of us would go and talk to the the service man to see if we could get in. Well, we got in and we were surprised that we made it home to Montana by Monday. If not for the AutoNation group we wouldn't have made it home and still would have been in Colorado.

In the performance category, it needs to have the gas mileage up since they went to a V6 dual turbo you ought to be knocking on 25 miles to gallon like the Chevrolet’s in the Fords,, as far as driving performance it’s great. It’s just the gas mileage. It’s suffers, and I drive at wild.

The entire process was refreshingly low‑pressure and genuinely pleasant. I was especially impressed by how thorough Israel was during the test drive. He took the time to explain so many of the little details about the car and its capabilities ? things I probably would have never known to ask about. He clearly knew the vehicle and wanted to make sure I understood what I was buying rather than just rushing through a test drive. What also really stood out to me was how Israel interacted with my son. He asked Jonathan about his interests, included him in the conversation, joked around with him, and was just incredibly personable. It felt genuine, not like part of a sales pitch. Israel was a really good salesman, but more importantly, I came away feeling like he was simply a genuinely nice guy. There was none of that stereotypical high-pressure car-salesman feeling. He made us comfortable, made us laugh, answered our questions, and made the experience fun. I would absolutely recommend Israel to my friends and coworkers, and I would happily work with him again. He was great and deserves the recognition.
