I buy Toyota vehicles because this dealership's service department is great. They let me know what has to be done and what can wait. Their costs are reasonable for all services and cheaper than many (e.g., oil change here is cheaper than at Jiffy Lube). I have confidence that what they tell me is needed, is what is needed. I love this dealership.

I appreciate the low pressure and honesty of this dealership! I was really taken advantage of by a different local Toyota dealer and refuse to do business them anymore. So, I called Falmouth Toyota to see if there was any way they could help get me out of my bad lease and into the vehicle I had originally wanted. They were quick to respond and gave me honest information. Unfortunately, I am stuck with my vehicle for another year or so but I am really looking forward to purchasing my next vehicle from Falmouth Toyota! Based on communications I have had with them about my situation, I am confident that I will be well taken care of. We look forward to visiting them soon for a car for my teenage daughter and then for me when my lease is up!!

I’ve been going to the Sullivan brothers in Kingston for about 6 years now. They have always been nice and very informative. I like the fact that they are open on Saturday. I don’t have to take time off from work to get my car serviced.

The staff is always wonderful and very professional. I never have to wait over an hour. If I have an issue they always try to squeeze me in the same day or the next. I would highly recommend going to Falmouth Toyota.

I was out looking for a new Highlander Hybrid and decided to try Falmouth Toyota. 3 years ago I bought a certified Highlander from High and it was a nightmare when they cornered me in the back office. I met Brian who said I would have to get on a long list because they were in such demand. Someone dropped off the list and he found me one in a little more than a month. No pressure and they kept me informed as to where it was in transit and they never asked for a dime until it was delivered and I picked it up. The sales manager and business manager was also great to deal with. I had service with my 2018 Highlander and the service department is the best.

Went in for an oil change. No problems. Lots of paper documentation at the end of the process which was different from my experiences at other oil change places.

They go out of their way to make sure they help you. I have been going to Sullivan Brothers for my maintenance for years.

The grade reflects my experience beginning on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, when Paula offered a preliminary evaluation as to possible causes of the vehicle’s problems. Upon entering the garage service bay, I was greeted by a pleasant individual, the service advisor, Cascious Arruda, was well versed in the mechanical issue needing attention and, Rick, the courtesy car driver, was on time, had a positive attitude and a proactive work ethic. Rick has a good handle on managing his driving schedule in an effective and efficient manner. After the servicing, my 2013 Camry responded like the first time I drove it off the lot. Sticker shock to me: 80,000 mile service cost $480+ with Ira's veterans' discount Service writer was courteous and did his best to help me economize. Job was completed while I waited. Courtesy shuttle was available had I needed to return home for an HVAC service call
