I purchased a 2022 Tundra SR5 with the TRD off road package. BEST truck ever! Great power and gas mileage (22.5) on the highway. I just went over 52k miles and have loved every mile!

Once I got in touch with the salesperson, & more explicitly communicated my situation, things got better. They've had no prior experience w/ email checks from out of state Credit Unions. They're still getting their head around it & learning about it. Hopefully they'll resolve it by next week.

Toyota might be behind on tech, but they’re reliable and for a work truck that’s all I need. Yeah it’s bad on fuel, yeah it’s not buttery smooth ride quality. However, all I need is for it to start in the morning and get me to all my job sites carrying a load of people and all my gear. Perfect vehicle!

Dealership is smaller and the feel and service are much better than the mega dealers who have higher prices and an overwhelming atmosphere. They are knowledgable and helpful and I would recommend.

This is my fifth tundra and it is by far the most comfortable and best driving one yet! I love all the new safety features and small changes they’ve made like the easy to drop Tailgate. But by far the best part of this most recent buying experience was the dealership. 802 Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. Overcharged $6,450.00 forced nonsense options and MSRP above same car on lot with -1500 discount, trying to get a price for my loan check for my bank. Got online price with all taxes and fees and first responder discount/army discount. Close loop on price and get back added dealer options not requested of 900.00 brake light bulb, and 1,050.00 appearance protect and 3,000.00 MSRP surprise increase from yesterday solid Web price advertised. Mentioned other car in black shows -1,500 price decrease off msrp. Total 6,450.00 overcharge. Very interesting.

Although I love this vehicle, I am a bit put out with Toyota in general, because of the lack of fobs, and I have been talking to everyone at the dealership and with Toyota corporate office, and there has been no answer as to why I cannot get the second fob which I am entitled to. I spent enough money on this vehicle so in theory, I should have everything in place including two fobs. Is anyone else in experiencing this issue? I am reading that the supply chain on this item has open back up, but when I go to the dealership and give them my Vin number, they don’t even have it on the recall, which is what you have to have. Apparently this week will be under to even anticipate receiving your Second fob. All I can say is, shame on you, Toyota!

I love my Tundra my only complaint is the stereo system it’s supposed to be upgraded JBL but sound is very weak they should look at Addis Bose to their trucks I’d pay extra for that.

Everyone was cheerful and friendly. Our sales agent, “Big Mac” was courteous, knowledgeable and not pushy. He took the time to explain all aspects of the car we were interested in and worked hard to meet our budget (and succeeded!!). He even filled the tank full. The little extras were so fun. Love everything about it so far! I got the 2024 Platinum in Lunar Rock color. The interior leather is actually charcoal color (not black) with blue stitching and blue interior lighting throughout. Looks amazing! The sunroof is enormous, larger than the one in my outgoing 2018 Volvo XC90. I really like The JBL sound system also. Overall extremely happy with my new rig!

I’ve had no issues with the truck. The interior is nice. Good sound system and comfortable seats. The gas mileage isn’t too bad in my experience. I’m at and average of 17mpg and I drive it in an area with heavy traffic.

Kevin Bertilacci was the most helpful in picking out my new 2025 RAV4. He contacted me in the morning and stayed in Touch answering any questions I had throughout the day until I got to the dealership later in the evening. Service was great! I made an appointment with Ashley for 10am but life was lifing so she rescheduled me 3x that day with no attitude and finally made it in around 3:30pm. Then I was helped by Marquell. Cool guy! He gave me a price I couldn’t afford at first so I was about to leave. He stopped me and said “Let me speak to my manager” they talked it over and gave me a price I couldn’t refuse! I really wanted a Dodge Challenger especially because Dodge aren’t making anymore high horsepower/gas powered vehicles in the Charger/Challenger line. I walked out very satisfied. Mission accomplished and a dream come true!

So far, an excellent experience. Just shy of 500 miles, and everything is as expected or better. This is my 5th Tundra and ranks in the top 2. Better gas milage, more power. Wonderful additional storage, with the rear under seat storage and ability to store items behind the seat. This was a key reason for going with the non-hybrid engine. Had the hybrid mileage been better, I may have chosen the hybrid and lived without the storage. Sleek styling and an improved ride with the new rear suspension. I am very pleased with this truck.

only had the truck for a little while now but the power if the 5.7 is instant. I came from a midsize truck and I don't think ill ever look back. From Ford to Toyota I'll never buy something that isn't Toyota.

Amazing, fast, cost effective service. Easy to schedule the service. They got me in and out within 1.5 hours for a standard oil, tire rotation and air filter change. I love that I can drop off at 7:30am. And still get to work by 9.

I have a 2013 Toyota Tundra Limited Crewmax 5.7L V8 FFV 4x4. My truck has all the bells and whistles that I need (4 wheel drive, leather seats, heated seats, towing package, duel climate control, TRD off-road package, moon roof, etc). But it is also a very expensive truck. I bought the truck in 2022 for $27,500. It had 119,000 miles on it at the time. The interior with the limited package is nice to me, and doesn’t look out of date. The exterior also looks good to me. This truck so far has been incredibly reliable. I have not had a single issue with the truck. I really believe that this truck will last 300,000 miles. The performance of the truck is great as well. The 5.7L V8 gives you 381 horsepower. That is plenty enough for me. But the truck is not perfect. The only issues for me are 1. Fuel Economy 2. Rough Ride 3. Parking. This truck is a gas guzzler! I have 35 inch mud tires on my truck. It averages about 10-11 mpg combined. The truck also rides very rough (the mud tires on my truck probably make it worse). The truck is hard to park due to its size as well. Overall I would give the truck 4 out of 5 stars. I’ve gotten used to the rough ride and parking, but the low fuel economy really eats away at my wallet. But this truck lasts much longer on average than other trucks. It also holds its value much better than other trucks (at 9 years old with 119,000 miles it was still worth $27,500). If you can get past the poor fuel economy, then I think that you will really enjoy this truck. And if you take care of it, it should last you at least 250,000 miles.
