The truck is designed with the best quality and engineering I've ever experienced with any other truck brand. Beautiful design inside and out. It drives like a charm. The wheels steer like a sedan. I won't buy any other car other than a Tundra in the future.

This is a big truck and it rides like a truck. It is spacious... especially the back seat. The V8 is nice one thing that appeals to me. My truck currently has around 48 thousand miles on it. I've had to replace the starter and a relay switch for the A/C. I've owned a lot of Toyotas over the years. This is the first one I've owned that needed more than just regular maintenance. While I would recommend it I'm not convinced it is a better value then a Ford or GMC as I once felt.

Toyota might be behind on tech, but they’re reliable and for a work truck that’s all I need. Yeah it’s bad on fuel, yeah it’s not buttery smooth ride quality. However, all I need is for it to start in the morning and get me to all my job sites carrying a load of people and all my gear. Perfect vehicle!

my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. He found nothing that day, suggested close alternatives,etc. but we chose to wait. Axel continued the hunt for what we wanted, which showed up on Cars.com and was at Jerry Hunt's. Alex was called by us, showed us that car, not pushy, though, and we made the purchase. He followed up with us a few days later, which was nice of him. I purchased a 2025 Limited about two months ago and it drives so much better than my last truck. The gas mileage is not what is advertised but I still love it

This is my fifth tundra and it is by far the most comfortable and best driving one yet! I love all the new safety features and small changes they’ve made like the easy to drop Tailgate. But by far the best part of this most recent buying experience was the dealership. 802 Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. Friendly and knowledgeable and reliable, just the best!

It's 12/29/2022, I have had my 2020 Tundra SR5 now 2-1/2 yrs. Other than scheduled maintenance and one recall, it hasn't seen the shop. This is my first Toyota and I absolutely love it! I only wish that the gas mileage was a little better. But, with the 5.7 that's the nature of the beast. I would highly recommend this truck.

Totally brand new truck from Toyota, built from the ground up. New design. No more V8, which is a mistake by Toyota. New 3.4L V6 TWIN-TURBOS has very good power. 10 spd drive-train, DOHC. Rear window is a power window. Good seating comfort & lots of room for 5 people. My purchase is a 2025 TUNDRA SR5 CREWMAX 4X4 3.4L V6 TWIN-TURBO.

I and my wife have always had EXCELLENT service and respect for Andrew and his team members. We first got introduced to Spitzer Northfield by Darrell Zasnuskie a salesman and friend. Andrew was doing service appointments and repairs when we first met him some 12-13 years ago. We had issues with our 2010 Buick that he painstakingly birddogged and resolved our vehicles issue, after a ridiculous amount of effort corrected our issue. So far, an excellent experience. Just shy of 500 miles, and everything is as expected or better. This is my 5th Tundra and ranks in the top 2. Better gas milage, more power. Wonderful additional storage, with the rear under seat storage and ability to store items behind the seat. This was a key reason for going with the non-hybrid engine. Had the hybrid mileage been better, I may have chosen the hybrid and lived without the storage. Sleek styling and an improved ride with the new rear suspension. I am very pleased with this truck.

Although I love this vehicle, I am a bit put out with Toyota in general, because of the lack of fobs, and I have been talking to everyone at the dealership and with Toyota corporate office, and there has been no answer as to why I cannot get the second fob which I am entitled to. I spent enough money on this vehicle so in theory, I should have everything in place including two fobs. Is anyone else in experiencing this issue? I am reading that the supply chain on this item has open back up, but when I go to the dealership and give them my Vin number, they don’t even have it on the recall, which is what you have to have. Apparently this week will be under to even anticipate receiving your Second fob. All I can say is, shame on you, Toyota!

Love everything about it so far! I got the 2024 Platinum in Lunar Rock color. The interior leather is actually charcoal color (not black) with blue stitching and blue interior lighting throughout. Looks amazing! The sunroof is enormous, larger than the one in my outgoing 2018 Volvo XC90. I really like The JBL sound system also. Overall extremely happy with my new rig!

I have a 2013 Toyota Tundra Limited Crewmax 5.7L V8 FFV 4x4. My truck has all the bells and whistles that I need (4 wheel drive, leather seats, heated seats, towing package, duel climate control, TRD off-road package, moon roof, etc). But it is also a very expensive truck. I bought the truck in 2022 for $27,500. It had 119,000 miles on it at the time. The interior with the limited package is nice to me, and doesn’t look out of date. The exterior also looks good to me. This truck so far has been incredibly reliable. I have not had a single issue with the truck. I really believe that this truck will last 300,000 miles. The performance of the truck is great as well. The 5.7L V8 gives you 381 horsepower. That is plenty enough for me. But the truck is not perfect. The only issues for me are 1. Fuel Economy 2. Rough Ride 3. Parking. This truck is a gas guzzler! I have 35 inch mud tires on my truck. It averages about 10-11 mpg combined. The truck also rides very rough (the mud tires on my truck probably make it worse). The truck is hard to park due to its size as well. Overall I would give the truck 4 out of 5 stars. I’ve gotten used to the rough ride and parking, but the low fuel economy really eats away at my wallet. But this truck lasts much longer on average than other trucks. It also holds its value much better than other trucks (at 9 years old with 119,000 miles it was still worth $27,500). If you can get past the poor fuel economy, then I think that you will really enjoy this truck. And if you take care of it, it should last you at least 250,000 miles.

Only dealt with them via text. Very responsive to our needs. Decided not to buy anything at this time.
