I had been looking for a truck for several months online. I went to several dealers and the truck was different than advertised. Paint chips, scratches, etc. The dealers didn't take any offers or even show me anything else they had in stock. Totally different experience at Derry and salesmen Carlos Woods! I found something and went to check it out. Not what I expected. It just wasn't setup the way I thought it would be. Ford Maverick. Carlos did not give up though. While we waited in the lobby he ran around in the heat and brought a few different options for us to look at and we did find what we like and purchased a Toyota Tacoma. Great job Carlos Woods!

It was awesome, very comfortable lounge area. The people were very friendly and helpful. They took time to explain everything in detail.

We bought a 2020 Ford Explorer in April our outstanding salesman was Thomas in used cars he took care of us above and beyond and we’re so grateful unfortunately we had issues in August and had to bring our vehicle in the first service technician was not so good kept telling us what they couldn’t do and nothing about what they could then i believe the best service technician stepped in an made this what we were thinking was going to be a nightmare a more pleasant experience and handled all of our issues thank you Thomas our salesman and Glen our service technician for giving us a piece of mind !!!! This was the most comfortable time I have ever had in a dealership. I would recommend anyone to come to Orland Toyota and get a fair deal .

The experience was good. The sales lady called me immediately and sent video of the truck since there were no pictures on line. I made the request Saturday night Amarie called me Monday morning I went in to view the truck and did a test drive on Tuesday and made the purchase.

Excellent customer service experience! Mon Sept 11 called Sarah Hersee to schedule LOF, Tire rotation & State Inspection. Sarah scheduled me for 10:15 am Wed Sept 12. Joie Mullen, our trusted service adviser, informed me the State Multipoint Inspection revealed front brakes/pads/rotors needed to be replaced which was completed that day! Joie found the front tire had a leak coming from the rim and resealed the tire to the rim. The right front tire needing to be resealed shows the attention to detail Joie?s team shows. Years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night Herb Connolly Chevrolet always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. Trusted service advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen, is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. Joie is our current service contact with at this dealership and has been extremely helpful. Always feel when I leave the dealership that the service was performed correctly and Service Advisors, e.g. Joie Mullen pay personnel attention to every service detail.
