We just purchased a Toyota Sienna and had an excellent experience at Rudy Luther! We found the Sienna on cars.com and connected with Kris Fox who promised to follow up as soon as the car was available for viewing. True to his word, he called us as soon as it was available, which was a good thing since someone else was interested and arrived just before us to test drive the car. Apparently as soon as the car became available several sales people, including Kris, were driving up to the warehouse to pick it up for viewing. We’re grateful for his quick action and communication so we were the second to view the car and decided to purchase it. It was easy to work with Luther to arrange financing we were satisfied with and they went the extra mile to make sure the car was clean and prepped when we picked it up. We wanted to trade in our 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport GT in on something larger, and we already have a 2024 Outlander SEL that we purchased from White Bear Mitsubishi. Even though our car was in great condition, with only 21,000 miles, all of the dealerships gave us a low trade-in offer, (Toyota, Mazda, etc.) Carmax gave us a low offer to purchase. My wife posted the car on Marketplace. Angel Alvarado, (Used Car Manager at White Bear Mitsubishi), reached out to us with an interest to purchase. He came to us to evaluate the condition of our SUV, and gave us a check for thousands of dollars more than all of our other offers. I purchased a low mileage pre owned venza xle and it is the nicest car I have owned. Rides like a luxury car, phenomenal gas mileage, decent power, loads of bells and whistles. And top it off with Toyota reliability, I do not regret it at all.

I’ve owned my 21 Venza for 3 years and have been extremely happy with it. I have 31,000 miles on it and it still looks, feels and smells like a new car. I love the ventilated seats especially in the hot summer months. I drive a mixture of city and highway miles and average a high of 45 mpg and a low of 38 mpg. The car is very smooth and quiet and feels like an upscale luxury car. I couldn’t be happier with my Venza.

Overall a great vehicle. I recommend sitting in the front passenger seat before buying. If you are 5'8" or more you will hit your head getting in and out as seat is high and can not be adjusted on the XLE model.

I purchases the 2014 Venza used with 30K miles. Over the next 7 years I put 80K miles on it. I didn't have one issue with the car. If you're seeking a comfortable ride that requires very little, this is the car for you!!!

It is more like a Lexus with reliability of RAV4. Great mileage of 40. The only problem is that if you get a flat tire on front, you will need to do alignment. As the spare tire is too small.

The car wouldn't accept gas Bob told me to take it to their mechanics their mechanics found some stuff that was wrong with it and Bob took care of me as I was his own family. I just purchased a Toyota Rav 4 from Inver Grove Toyota. My salesman was Perry Smulders. He was excellant in giving info on the vehicle that I wanted. Very patient and works well with seniors. I would refer friends to him !

5 months and about 4,500 miles on the car so far. Decent gas mileage from 35 to 41 mpg. The 41 numbers came when it was new and summertime. Haven't gotten over 38 in the winter. Comfortable inside. I would like to have more knobs and buttons and less touch screen. Software is occasionally glitchy on the touchscreen. I wish the car would go more than 3 or 4 blocks in electric mode. I would prefer a hybrid that goes 20 miles or so on electric power but the Venza is okay. If you go more than about 15 mph, the EV mode turns off. Plenty of headroom inside but I have to duck down a lot to get into the driver's seat and I am a short person. So far the mpg are the same no matter if I drive 55 or 70. That's unusual in my experience.

Stopped in to service to get air added to my tires so the warning light would shut off and Kou (I think that was his name) was very helpful and excellent customer service.

Excellent vehicle overall except for manufacturer and/or dealer loading on worthless items ( non negotiable ) ie: small dent removal $639.00 and interior upholstery stain repair or tear repair ( of course with exceptions) also$639.00. When dealer confronted , Their attitude " take it or don't buy the car, we'll sell it to next buyer in line"

Venza4me, cons: love it, pros: love it, reliable, ride comfort awesome, speed display good location, gas mileage combined 37-45mpg, easy in and out access, good rear storage, blind spot mirror indicator works great. Engine purrs a little not to loud ha ha ha love it,,,,,,,,,,thanks toyota

My wife and I attended the Auto Show a few weeks ago and decided our next vehicle would be the CX9, Walser Mazda had the exterior/interior color and trim level we wanted. I just helped a very dear senior friend of mine buy a car here, Subaru Outback Limited and explained to the salesman (Dan) that this transaction had to go very smooth without stress as I was out of state so my help was coming both to my friend and the dealership via phone and e-mail. I have to say that not only did they have the perfect car for my friend Cathy, but we were able to do 90% of the transaction prior to Cathy ever getting to the dealership. When Cathy arrived, her new car was all ready, they took in her trade, she signed docks and she was out the door and on her way back home in only about an hour!
