Overall a great vehicle. I recommend sitting in the front passenger seat before buying. If you are 5'8" or more you will hit your head getting in and out as seat is high and can not be adjusted on the XLE model.

He helped address a couple of my concerns and issues, and even went above and beyond by taking care of something for a future visit that he recommended and is already scheduling. I bought this Venza in NJ being that there were none in Pa . It rides like my Lexus and the gas mileage is great. To me it looks awesome inside & out . the price on these suv's are high but I guess you get what your looking for .There also quite when riding .

Sadi in financing made the paperwork process which and painless. I came in with a price that I saw that didn't match their current price, but they honored mine, and I appreciate that. Looked and drove several midsize SUV, overall , all things considered I settled on the Venza and have not been disappointed. In addition… there’s not two dozen of them in the grocery store parking lot ! Lol

5 months and about 4,500 miles on the car so far. Decent gas mileage from 35 to 41 mpg. The 41 numbers came when it was new and summertime. Haven't gotten over 38 in the winter. Comfortable inside. I would like to have more knobs and buttons and less touch screen. Software is occasionally glitchy on the touchscreen. I wish the car would go more than 3 or 4 blocks in electric mode. I would prefer a hybrid that goes 20 miles or so on electric power but the Venza is okay. If you go more than about 15 mph, the EV mode turns off. Plenty of headroom inside but I have to duck down a lot to get into the driver's seat and I am a short person. So far the mpg are the same no matter if I drive 55 or 70. That's unusual in my experience.

Purchased a new Avalon from them today. Wesley Radford was my sales rep and the entire process was an extremely pleasant experience. Wesley was patient with me and did not give any hard sell tactics. There was a slight glitch due to my misreading some info and Wesley rectified everything to my great satisfaction. Everyone else in the process was polite and helpful. Lombard Toyota is the place to go and Wesley is the guy to ask for.

I have been driving this Venza for approximately seven month and have no negative comments. It is a beautiful design that does everything Toyota says it is capable of. My overall fuel mileage is significantly better than rated at overall mileage at 46.5 mpg.

AMAZED! 5 Stars! I’ve been car shopping off and on for 6 months, I’ve watched hours of car reviews on you tube and talked to tons of owners on Facebook groups, test drove new and used, sedans, crossovers and finally Outback’s. I was close to buying about 4 different vehicles over the last 3 months but the sales people and finance managers soured my taste for even wanting to buy anything from a dealership. I was able to get a email quote and set up a time to test drive the different trims with Gabriel Talpos. He was with a customer when I arrived and with in a minuet I was asked if I needed help unlike some dealers. Jeff Schade showed me all about the Outback’s and patiently answered all my questions and we even got to experience some Subaru like down pours. It was close to closing so I came back Saturday to try the Wilderness and it checked all the boxes, plus for me it had the most amazing acceleration of all the outback trims. Jeff was super patient and not pushy at all, the managers made a great offer that I didn’t even have to bargain for. The last part Finance managers.. always so scary. I worked with Chris Thomas, he was super pleasant! Quick and not pushy either, very friendly. I’ve never ever had a finance manager expierence that didn’t leave me with dread and being pushed around, so it was refreshing! Everyone I met at Grand Subaru was friendly and I can’t say enough about how different this dealership is for the better. I recommend you give them a shot and test drive some Subarus, they definitely don’t get the attention they should!

From new 163,000 km great running economical maintenance as well. One major glitch leaking sunroof. Entire unite had to be removed poor waterproofing materials used. $600 to repair. Don’t use sunroof that’s the only downside to car

Best car we’ve ever owned we’re at 200,000 miles and still runs like new, the only thing I’ve replaced so far other than tires and battery is the starter at 175,000 miles. The one thing that keeps breaking are the sun visors,I’ve probably replaced them 3 times already,other than that it’s a very reliable car I would definitely buy one again!

They listened to my concerns- and treated me- a single woman walking in the door- with the compassion and respect as a consumer- I deserve. I’m walking away today with the perfect car for me. * Now that I have my 2022 Venza Limited w/ Advanced Tech Package & Star Gaze Roof, I like both options very much!!! As a previous premium mid-size SUV owner, changed to new Venza Limited because of established hybrid reliability, excellent ride quality, silky smooth drivetrain/hybrid system, & outstanding features/options. * Took brief while to adjust to Limited's capacitive touch media system controls, but afterwards proved to be very responsive and convenient, especially with use of steering column controls. Also, I use the Bluetooth connection to play my YouTube Music libraries/artists. I found I like the multimedia Home command with its 3 default windows, which are customizable. * After getting use to entering/exiting front passenger side, passenger seat's comfort is well above average 😃.

I purchased a low mileage pre owned venza xle and it is the nicest car I have owned. Rides like a luxury car, phenomenal gas mileage, decent power, loads of bells and whistles. And top it off with Toyota reliability, I do not regret it at all.

I’ve owned my 21 Venza for 3 years and have been extremely happy with it. I have 31,000 miles on it and it still looks, feels and smells like a new car. I love the ventilated seats especially in the hot summer months. I drive a mixture of city and highway miles and average a high of 45 mpg and a low of 38 mpg. The car is very smooth and quiet and feels like an upscale luxury car. I couldn’t be happier with my Venza.

Excellent vehicle overall except for manufacturer and/or dealer loading on worthless items ( non negotiable ) ie: small dent removal $639.00 and interior upholstery stain repair or tear repair ( of course with exceptions) also$639.00. When dealer confronted , Their attitude " take it or don't buy the car, we'll sell it to next buyer in line"

I just bought this 2013 4 cylinder Venza with 126K miles on it. I have the base LE trim. My primary reason for buying it is because I am 6'4" tall and this model does not have a sunroof. All cars with a sunroof have lower head room. The only minor issue is the suspension is very firm and I feel every bump. But that firm ride also makes emergency high speed maneuvers safe. There is no top heavy rocking like most SUVs suffer from.

Venza4me, cons: love it, pros: love it, reliable, ride comfort awesome, speed display good location, gas mileage combined 37-45mpg, easy in and out access, good rear storage, blind spot mirror indicator works great. Engine purrs a little not to loud ha ha ha love it,,,,,,,,,,thanks toyota

Based on my experience, I have to give five stars and double it to ten. What more can I ask? Very lucky! My first call was with the service manager Alberto. He explained the details of what to do in the situation like I was experiencing and Alberto, Nick and many others worked like a great team. They are polite, kind and they followed through every promise they made, charged me the minimally necessary, and even went ABOVE and BEYOND to reduce cost knowing what I have been through. Not only the new catalytic converter was restored, but I understood my car more, oil, fluid change, the car got a new life. I knew my car was happy there. Not only I am super grateful, but I know that God will bless their service, and each one of them for their kindness! Thank you! BTW, they provided great shuttle service at no charge, my car was super clean, the 13 year old battery was replaced, I truly appreciate the attention to detail. The car was there for 9 month due to the national back order, they took SUCH GREAT CARE for the car. Here is a bit more detail: My Prius's catalytic converter was stolen 9 month ago, since then my car has been through two Toyota dealerships. I called five. I had to move my car due to the dealership change stories after got me in or asking for excessive work, some suggested welding, it became confusing and exhausting for me physically and mentally having to move the car multiple times. So I just randomly search Toyota dealership and ended up calling Toyota on Western. The call with Alberto was short and sweet, about five minutes, I decided to move my car to their location. Glad I did! Alberto was straightforward, very educational and professional. It was from him, I finally understood, why welding the catalytic for the Prius converter is wrong, and I am all for doing the best for my car. I was uplifted, and relaxed after Alberto took my car in. He also move the car from time to time to keep the break in good shape, no amount of money or compliment can be exchanged with such genuine help and willingness to do good. I am smiling, and feeling very thankful!

I purchased a 2008 CL 550 that I absolutely love. It drives almost like it’s brand new despite being 18 years old. My salesman Chris went above and beyond with getting me in this car and even fixed the air conditioner on another vehicle I drove there to buy this car! I’ve never had that happen before. I purchases the 2014 Venza used with 30K miles. Over the next 7 years I put 80K miles on it. I didn't have one issue with the car. If you're seeking a comfortable ride that requires very little, this is the car for you!!!
